clean, needs some updating but was a great location for an overnight near the highway. Really nice and friendly receptionist. Free WiFi and HBO and you can't beat the price.

very comfortable and relaxing environment. Staff friendly and helpful! The lounge was a nice place to relax and unwind. We enjoyed this location as it was an easy drive to the Waterloo Outlet Mall. We also spent a day visiting the local shops in town. We did visit the pool/spa after shopping all day and the area was clean with plenty of clean towels! We found the Inn to be a perfect get-away destination.

I don't know what I was expecting from a hotel named Microtel but the rooms were very... cozy. As a whole it reminded me of European accommodations. Very clean, great staff. Continental breakfast was lame, but it was there. I'll more than likely stay there again when I next go to the Finger Lakes.

We don't usually pick Microtels, but after this trip, we've already booked our next stay at one in Rochester. Great price and comfortable rooms. We don't mind them being on the small side having lived in Europe, so as long as you don't mind the coziness, then we'd definitely recommend a stay here!

This hotel seems fairly new and is very clean and well maintained. The location is good with convenient access to drug stores, grocery and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast is just that, continental. Other reviews complain about there being no hot food, but that's what […] a continental breakfast is. My only complaint would be that the lighting in the room was too bright. The bank of lights above the beds and the recessed lights are all very bright, flourescent lights. We were travelling with an infant and never could find a happy medium that gave us enough light to walk around the room that was also low enough to let the baby sleep. I would think a lamp or two would help a lot. All in all, that is a minor complaint compared to the overall positive experience we had. Read more

Only complaint I have is the guest in the next room. I could hear things being moved in the next room most of the night (after midnight). Otherwise, everything else was superb! Pillows especially were extra comfy!

It's a great hotel for a nights stay. We stayed here while we toured some wineries. It was just my husband and I. We had a queen room with the pull out couch and kitchen area. Really like the design of the room and the contempory decor. Added bonus of free breakfast in the morning. It had a great price as well. I would defiantly stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay. Michael and the other manager (sorry forgot her name) were extremely helpful and accomodating. Rooms were clean (a bit on the small side) and linens were fresh. Breakfast was nice, nothing fancy, but sufficient. Coffee was available 24/7 and was excellent. Overall happy with stay.

There was only one staff member at the hotel on a sold out evening needless to say it made getting extra towels and sheets which I requested at my booking next to impossible. We had to wait up until 11:30 to get them. The poor front desk person had only been there for less than a week he really did his best under the circumstances. It was quick overnight stay. The room was very clean, staff was helpful, although the breakfast was on the modest side. Overall, it is a nice place for a reasonable price.

Friendly workers and beautiful hotel. I must say I did not expect it to be so nice. The room was really nice and clean. And free breakfast in the morning was great! Will stay here again if I need to!

We enjoyed our stay at the Microtel Inn. Our first time staying at a Microtel, and we were surprised by the size of the room (it was small). But managed to hold all of the essentials (bed, desk, bathroom, television). This hotel seemed new, and the bed was very comfortable. I was shocked at how nice the room was. They let us check in early, did their best to accomodate our every need, The room was great, It had a seatting area a wet bar....very comfortable bed, I can't say enough.....wonderful I will seek them out in in the future.

This is the best you can find for this price and location, It is clean, with free internet and breakfast. location is convenient to everywhere. I wish the bed and pillow can be more comfortable.
