The room was stale and stark and had black mold all over room. Pigeon fecal matter was over the windows ledges in clear view that made me feel very uncomfortable to the point was I left the hotel and got a new one.

Very nice hotel, very clean room and was surprizingly big. staff was very pleasant , english was not spoken by many of the staff ,but all of them tried to please. I was the only American at the hotel, everyone was Russian and most of them were friendly and spoke better English than I spoke Russian. Grand Sole is a perfect hotel to stay at while visiting Pattaya. It's location is ideal. Just a two block walk from the beach and shopping. It's location on 2nd road is ideal, as many baht buses travel down 2nd road at all hours. And baht buses are the way to get around Pattaya. There's a 7Eleven about 30 feet away. Which was great for buying water […] and snacks when needed. Housekeeping was dependable, trustworthy and friendly. I used Grand Sole's laundry service and it was prompt service. And they even hung my cleaned clothes in my rooms closet. The pool looked nice, although I didn't spend any time using it. The restaurant at the hotel was nice. And although I never saw anybody use it while I was, they offered prompt service and excellent food! Not all the staff at the front desk spoke much English. But, when the staff there could not understand my need, they called in another staff member that did speak adequate English to communicate. I will stay at Grand Sole again! Read more

Very large old style "grand" hotel but kept in good condition and clean. Rooms are spacious and have all facilities. Beds comfortable. During my stay it was full of South Asian tourists for some reason.

I would like to express my unhappiness encounter during our check in on the 14th Oct around 4.30pm. The check in staff was friendly but the supervisor whom wore a jacket was very unfriendly. Her response to my husband's inquiries was very unfriendly. As her english was not very accurate in her pronuciation, I asked her again and she replied in a very […] loud and unfriendly tone. My grilfriend and I booked a two week stay in The Grand Sole in early May. It was our first trip to Thailand we found the hotel and flight for a bargain price. The hotel was easily reached from Bangkok airport after a taxi journey of just under two hours. The Grand Sole itself was actually quite pleasant. The hotel staff were efficient and friendly, […] with the reception manned 24 hours a day. The buffet breakfast, whilst being nothing to write home about, was as good as that in most other hotels. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the facilities that were needed. The hotel also had a pool, coffee shop and in the evenings a bar and restaurant, we did not use these but they all looked to be of a good standard. The location of the hotel, by Pattaya standards, is reasonably quiet. It is set a little way back from a constantly busy road, but from our room this was not intrusively noisy. Also while it is within an easy walking distance of bars there were no "noisy" bars near enough to be heard. The main advice I would give before booking here is to read a little about Pattaya itself. As a resort it is very lively, noisy and often brash. I knew this before booking and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If you want to let your hair down and enjoy a hedonistic trip then this may be the perfect place, if you are looking for a peaceful retreat, then perhaps not. Read more

Very old style hotel in need of refurbishment, noticed lots of mould on the ceilings in the hallway leading to the rooms on the level I stayed on, breakfast was poor compared to other hotels that I have stayed in at Pattaya, I wouldnt stay here again, I guess the hotel is ok for the budget conscious.

１０年程前に定宿にしていたホテルです。ロケーション的に最高の場所でコストパフォーマンスの良いホテルでしたので、久しぶりに泊まってみました。掃除等はそこそこですが、いかんせん古さを隠せません。このロケーションでこの値段であれば納得すべきでしょう。学生の方向けでしょう。朝食も種類はちょっと少ないですね。その辺を納得して泊まるのであれば良いホテルです。

Very poor Breakfast with food disappearing at 9.30. Very old Bathroom in room. Room very clean and well taken care of. Satisfactory swimming-pool but closing as early as 6 PM. VERY EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS AND CONSTANTLY SMILING RECEPTION. Would not recommend this hotel.

ハードロックホテルの裏手、セカンドロード沿いにある中級ホテルで 地理的に便利はよくないがパタヤでは比較的ローコストで居心地の良いホテル。 ロシア系の団体客が多くアジア人の宿泊者が少ないのも特徴。 ここ数年利用しているが今年に入って朝食のレパートリーが減って 淋しくなったように思われる。

위치와 주변 환경은 참 좋습니다. 그러나 밝은 분위기의 호텔을 원하시는 분들은 다른 호텔을 알아보시는 것이 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 분위기가 전체적으로 좀 어둡고 직원들이 좀 퉁명스러워서 뭘 물어보기도 부담스러웠습니다. 그리고 또 킹베드 하나짜리 방을 예약했는데 가보니 싱글 베드 두개를 붙쳐서 뒀더군요.. 그리고 이 싸이트에 수정을 요청합니다. 이 호텔의 이름은 그랜드 솔이 아닌 그랜드 솔레입니다. Sole의 영어 단어가 아닌 Sole'의 이탈리아어입니다. 이 표기 하나 때문에 호텔을 찾는 데 어려움이 있었습니다. 호텔의 이름을 정확하게 사용해 주시기 바랍니다!!

De construction ancienne, la moquette sent le moisi. La piscine est fermée très tôt dans l'après-midi. Le propriétaire semble laisser à l'abandon l'hôtel. La rénovation est nécessaire ... Sinon, l'environnement est bien pratique

ロケーション、フロントのサービスは及第ですが、部屋の老朽度はいかんともし難い。 壁は薄く、隣部屋よりの声が耐えられませんでした。 また、部屋の壁紙も劣化しており、シミや汚れが目立っていました。それなりのコストなので、これなら新築でも同等価格で宿泊出来ますので二度と宿泊しません。 ロケーションだけです。。。

Das Hotel hat eine ideale Lage. Obwohl man in wenigen Minuten (Fußmarsch) in den Trubel des Nachtlebens eintauchen kann, ist es im Hotelzimmer total ruhig. Keinerlei Lärm dringt in die Zimmer. Der schöne Strand mit (optisch) sauberem Wasser kann in 5 Minuten durch einen Park erreicht werden. Der Strand ist bewirtet und die Gebühr für Liegestuhl und […] Schrim beträgt 50,- THB/Tag. (1,25 €). Wer Trubel sucht, der ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten an der Strandstraße. Die 10,- THB (0,25 €) Taxis fahren nahezu minütlich vor dem Hotel vorbei und man kann in die entsprechende Richtung soweit fahren, wie man will. Abends gibt es Life-Musik im Hotelaußenbereich, die um 1:00 Uhr verstummt. Die Musik war nie im Zimmer zu hören. Sehr gutes Haus, gutes Frühstück, guter Kaffee, sehr freundliches, unaufdringliches und entgegenkommendes Personal. Moderner, elektronishcer Safe im Zimmer. Sehr zu empfehlen! Read more
