"Nice place, good deal for the money"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
We stayed here for the good rates, and were within a 5 minute walk to Doubletree and the other premier hotels and also the awesome Ale House (try the chicken twisters - yummi). The staff at the front desk were awesome, though the sales desk BS'd us by telling us that their tickets were the same cost as at the gate of Universal. Universal gate was cheaper. They also pushed for us to get a 2 day pass saying it takes 28 hours to get thru the two parks. Well we bought the 1 day pass and we were on and off ALL the rides in both parks by 3PM and were heading back to Island of adventure to ride some again. But if we bought the two day pass we would've been bored out of our mind. Granted we did go to Universal on a Tuesday and there were few people there. Also the sales desk told us it was a 15 minute walk. Me and my friends are in marathon shape, it still took us 30 minutes to get there. Lastly they told us that since we are staying in a hotel close to Universal we'd get in at 8, another lie, we arrived at 8:15 and we weren't allowed in until 9, only guests staying in Universal itself at the expensive premier hotels were allowed early entry. So in summation; I would recommend La Quinta but don't go buy your tickets from the liars at the sales desk for any parks. PS - our room smelled like someone smoked in it, it was mild so we didn't complain and the windows opened, that was nice.
"Close to Universal/priced OK"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
This Days Inn is very old and could use a major overhaul. We had booked 2 nights and the first room was uncomfortable and dirty. Plus bugs. In the morning we requested another room and were immediately upgraded to a larger, cleaner, more comfortable room. Front desk was eager to help and maintenance staff also helped to fix a missing chair leg in the new room. Overall we probably would not recommend this Days Inn except for its location and price (be aware of the 'resort' fee added at check-in per day). This is no resort.
"Very flexable and aim to please"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012

"Hamptin Inn - Orlando East UCF - great experience"
We stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is very nicely kept, and staff was friendly and courteous. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was A+++ with hot waffle maker, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast breads, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, assorted juices, fresh fruits, and cold cereals. A good selection of local eateries as well.

"Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando East UCF"
Always clean. Good breakfast, though noticed no bacon or sausage. Downsizing am sure. Very close to University of Central Florida
"Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando east UCF"
I find this hotel very convenient, because of the location, clean and quiet. The staff is very courteous. It is safe, and close to the places I need to visit. They have remodeled since the last time I stayed there in 2006. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there next time I visit Orlando.

"Happy at he Hampton Inn"
Hamjpton Inns rarely disappoint us. Our room was impeccable, very spacious, nicely decorated. The stafff was extremely corteous and made our stay very comfortable. Will definitely come back!
The lobby and common areas are lovely. The rooms were moderately updated but clean and comfortable. The bathrooms could use a bit more updating. Great breakfast with lots of options.
"Satisfactory Stay"
This hotel was fine for a Hampton Inn. The hotels.com description that it has a "bar/lounge" is incorrect; however, they do sell beer and wine (in individual screwcap bottles) at the hotel "commissary." The beds were comfortable.
"great stay"
We stayed and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I would recommend to any one to stay at this hotel.

"Close to UCF"
We were on a college road trip touring UCF. Very close to campus. If my daughter chooses to attend UCF I will be staying here often
Great Customer Service upon check in and during the breakfast.....GREAT! Comfortable stay for a good price.
"Hampton Inn by UCF - watch out for noise"
They were renovating the rooms and had guests staying on the same floor. It was noisy all day, not a very restful place if you want peace and quiet.

"Hampton inn in orlando UCF"
OK hotel...doesnt have a shuttle ,not very close to the airport so a taxi is very expensive ,room is adequate ,beds are not very comfortable ,staff is very accomodating and friendly
"Great Location"
This hotel was very close to the Campus and was very clean. The breakfast was great for the kids. The only complaint I had was the lack of a sign from University Blvd to direct you to the hotel. Overall it was a great hotel stay. I would definitely stay again.
"Best value near UCF"
We stayed at Hampton Inn because we were touring the University. The kids were starving when we arrived and there were cookies in the lobby. The front staff suggested a great local restaurant for dinner. We came back and slept comfortably. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use the pool but it looked great. I would stay here again on our next visit.
We were extremely happy at this hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotle and surroundings were impeccable. We would gladly return!
