We stayed for one night to run the Hyannis Marathon. The hotel is basic, clean and inexpensive. Perfect for a one night stop over. The staff were lovely, super helpful and friendly, both when I had to call ahead with questions and during our stay. It was a bit tricky to control the heat. If we turned the heat on it got very hot very quickly and then we had to turn it off and let it get cool again before starting the process again :-) Overall, good value and we would stay again. Thank you so very much to the desk staff who allowed us to check out a little late because we were freezing cold and soaked through after the marathon - very much appreciated :-)

We all loved the outdoor heated pool!! Didn't even realize they had one until we got there. Very clean rooms and everything you need right at the Hotel. The kids loved the arcade and live animal show they had on Saturday night. Hotel was convienent to stay in for the Hyannis Half Marathon!

Enjoyed my stay. It was a good price for a decent room. Breakfast would have been nice, but plenty of options nearby to walk to.

Seashore Park Inn is the only lodging in Orleans with both indoor and outdoor pools. We call our indoor pool the Vacation Saver. Your family can relax and swim right here in any weather. Our room had a mold spot on the ceiling. Smelled musty and moldy in room. Bathroom was clean but outdated ( 50's-60's) . Pools are nice and clean. Manager was not very accomodating and seemed irritated with any requests. Breakfast was sufficient for a carb lover, lots of cereal, fruit, english muffins and danish, great coffee.
