The Mandarin Oriental is a wonderful oaisis in the middle of the very busy city of Las Vegas. Perfectly located where access to the hustle and bustle is only a few steps away from the front door of the hotel. But within, the MO is private and tranquil, with very nice and courteous staff. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Very very nice"
Great hotel and a great escape from the often tacky establishments you find on the strip. This is a no nonsense hotel with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Oasis in Las Vegas"
No gaming, but I was there for business. It was the most relaxing, serene hotel stay I have had. The staff was helpful, kind, courteous and accommodating. I ate at their restaurant twice and the food was excellent. The room was completely automated and remote control for everything. Comfy bedding and beautiful sheets.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel next to citi center"
Only hotel to charge overnight parking. Usually it's free in Vegas. Pillows were too hard and mattress too soft causing neck pain. Could use more restaurants open till later. Very chicGenuine Expedia guest review
I'm at a loss for words only because I don't know where to start! This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at... the room was exceptional- we had the cityscape suite, and couldn't have had a more perfect room! I'm sure all their rooms are amazing! Very clean hotel, quiet and serene... I was wanting something tranquil compared to the hustle and bustle […] of Las Vegas, and I got it! The food is great, pricey, but that's expected in Vegas everywhere. Super close to everything, we walked everywhere. Right next to Crystals shopping, which is excellent. Views are spectacular with floor to ceiling windows! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Best hotel stay ever. We were so sad to leave! Everything about this hotel is perfect!Genuine Expedia guest review
We loved this hotel and it was our second time staying here. I doubt we would ever stay anywhere else in Vegas!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Absolutely wonderful facility and staff"
Fantastic place right on the strip. Lovely pool to laze away the day and have cocktails (and very delicious food). The service is impeccable, and they left no detail out.Genuine Expedia guest review
I often travel to Las Vegas on business and have stayed in a handful of hotels, however the Mandarin Oriental is one of the finest hotels I have stayed with during my business travels. I love every bit of it. Concierge Bryan is the best!Genuine Expedia guest review
"It's The Best"
Everything at the Mandarin Oriental is five star.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Classy and relaxing"
Top notch hotel in Vegas if you want privacy, relaxing holiday. Very accessible place.Genuine Expedia guest review
This hotel is absolutely exquisite, from the décor to it's semi-secluded location. The customer service is superior. We hated to leave.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Above and beyond service. Found our permanent vegas hotel. Thanks to all the staff.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The Mandarin Oriental is a sanctuary away from the crazy Vegas Strip. The staff and the aroma feel is by far the best that I have experienced.Genuine Expedia guest review
"nice but with some issues"
Room was classy but small, It was very hi-tech with lots of neat perks Valet was super fast! that was the best, Overall its obviously a nice hotel, but here are some issues, So check in is at up on the 23rd floor or so, which is cool, but my room was on the 6th floor, so then to get to and from your room to outside, each and every time, I had to go […] up to 23 switch elevators and back down to 6, It actually became quite a hassle, and It felt very UN-fruitful. Ok so if they offered hor devours or something, maybe there would be good reason. So the bathroom is upscale, my bed so happened to lean to the side so there was definitely a problem, So in conclusion to be honest, before arriving I was very excited to be able to stay here, but in the end, I was not so impressed, The staff is professional and great, but you only encounter them rarely. Everything u was great except bad smell in se floorsGenuine Expedia guest review
We loved this hotel because you get 5 star service and it's on the strip. Of course there is no casino but we liked this because there are too many casinos on the strip anyway. You can walk up and down the strip and get crazy and then come back to a nice quiet peaceful hotel to rest and do it all over again the next day.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great standard room with amazing bathroom. I loved the sky lobby. The technology in the room was neatGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great hotel without the Vegas casino scene"
Very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and great hotel accommodationsGenuine Expedia guest review
"5 star hotel without 5 star comfort"
It is a luxurious hotel with very pleasant service. We stayed in two double-bed room with 4 yo child. It was quite good experience except for: 1. Conditioner is installed right in front of the bed. It is bowing directly into you. 2. Beds should be queen size. Although hotel says it can accommodate 2 adults and a child, double bed is not good for more […] than one person (if we are talking about 5 star comfort). Bed is too soft and too synthetic. 3. Noisy. You will hear police, ambulance, motorcycles, delivery trucks noise all night long. Soundproofing is not quite up to proper level. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Better Than Expected"
My husband and I booked Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas for three nights and we really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very clean, comfortable, peaceful yet middle of everything. Even though it doesn't have casino's we didn't miss anything as its just a minute walk to the other casinos from this hotel. We loved everything about this hotel - the room, location, […] the staff and how it smells like a spa!! The location is very close to all casinos, food , shopping and other entertainment. If you want quiet, smoke-free and peaceful stay than book this hotel. One thing which I didn't like was their $20 per night parking fee - when you stay there for a week it adds up quickly. "Oasis in the Desert"
I shouldn't write this as I may have great difficulty getting a booking next time but feel compelled to share. We have only superlatives for this jewel of a hotel. It's a first class experience all around. Bar at the top (open to all) provides the night time visual entertainment meaning views of the surrounding 'spectacle' are just incredible. Lounging […] around the two pools on the 8th floor plus an amazing cafe provided bodily nourishment. Enjoyed energetic staff providing the right level of attentiveness without overdoing. 5 star room and all the amenities. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Best hotel in Las Vegas"
Nice Hotel, no buffet, no casino, but really quite.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Elegant hotel on the strip, non smoking-non gaming"
The downside, It was a bit hard to figure out as soon as you walk in. There should be a concierge or note directing visitors to go on the lobby by taking the elevators up. The positives: My overall experience was awesome. I got in late for the check in but I still got the room I reserved. Requested a late check out and it was granted. I have always […] admired Mandarin Oriental and have always thought of staying there where we travel and I'm glad we did. You will not be disappointed. A must try hotel. Expensive but worth every dime . The free coffee in the morning was plus. Not crowded and with a touch of class in every way. No little kids running around. Very quiet and people stayed there during my stay. Elegant and class all in one. Need I say more? Will book again soon. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Zen on the Vegas Strip"
Stayed here for three day conference. Wonderful facilities and quiet. Can always get a cab. Close enough to action, but separate from Strip traffic to be peaceful.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Fair hotel c"
Sitting at the pool- smells like a sewer- its a real problem. No ice machine in the hotel for guests. Ordered drinks at the lounge- sparkling water with lemon and Jim beam and coke. Waitress brought me alcohol drink instead of sparkling water & jack Daniels which my husband told her he didn't like. We left before sleeping there a second night even though […] we'd paid for two nights. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Secluded and romantic"
if you looking for the hotel that is quiet, true 5 star no casino and in the center of the strip and no noise, if you need to relax and enjoy, this is the hotel, i was there week of may 15-19, week of graduation, a lot of students in other casino-hotels.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent, grt experience."
Excellent~!!! Quiet and cozy, stuff are nice, so close to Strip that u can almost walk anywhere. Though kinda pricey, but definitely worth it~!!! Funny part is lobby's on 23rd floor, and all rooms r underneath it, so u have to 1st go up to 23rd, and take another elevator to get down to 1st floor.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Beautiful hotel. Great location!!"
Nice pool area. Quiet and relaxing. Big change from some of the other large hotels on the strip. Prime area of the srip. Close to everything. Beautiful and luxurious.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Zen City it is indeed"
We stayed for a birthday weekend and this was the best experience I've had at a hotel. Consistently magnificent service, wonderfully designed elegance and a calming air of serenity was the overall feeling as we departed. All the staff are immaculately dressed and friendly, the rooms are sumptuous and well appointed (although just medium sized) and the […] view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. Besides these points, main thing that is different about this hotel is that it really feels apart from Vegas, No noise, smoke, or chaos. If you want gambling it is a few steps away at Aria. One example on the service: We were riding the elevator, and a bell hop was asking us about our stay. We mentioned we were going out to dinner and taking a cab. While in the elevator he radioed downstairs and by the time we arrived at the lobby, a chauffeured mercedes was waiting to take us to our restaurant (free). We will be back! "Like you were never in Vegas"
Excellent hotel with very good views of the strip. Impeccable rooms and the entire property makes you feel relaxed. So much nicer than being in a casino hotel. Will be defiantly staying again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Quite hotel in the heart of the strip"
Overall we've really good time in MO , this is our second time there. Its expensive but you get what you pay for...Genuine Expedia guest review
"Entire Hotel is like a Spa"
This hotel had a tranquil feel throughout- the entrance is a bit hidden from the strip (in comparison with hotels like Caesars or the Bellagio where there are lots of people wandering throughout and in the lobby at all hours), which made for a nice "down time" experience. The atmosphere is cool and relaxing with a relaxed color palate throughout. Some […] bonuses were a large bath tub with complimentary bath salts, a "mood" station on the television to create a relaxing background, and remote-controlled curtains. If you're in the mood to be pampered or looking for a spot for a romantic getaway, this is a refreshing choice. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Great stay. A very relaxing and comforting hotel with many modern amenities as well as excellent food and an attentive friendly staff. A solid 10 in all areas.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great hotel, it's beautiful, everything was so detailed. Check in and check out process was simple and they greeted me with a warm cloth, tea and an orchid. The room was immaculate with great views of the strip. The sky bar was wonderful and a great place to have drinks and hang out. There's no casino in the lobby which means no cigarette smoke, which […] is a great thing! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Absolutely Pure Perfection"
Anything less that "perfect" wouldn't do justice. From the front desk to Walter, the in house driver, everything was perfection. Wow. What a place. The best hotel we have EVER stayed with.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel was very nice. Our only problem is that the room was never made up during the day. When we came back in late afternoon it had still not been made up. When we returned from dinner, it was fine. I don't like coming back to a unclean room in the afternoon.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Oasis of calm in crazy town"
If you want to relax and switch off after a heavy night of poker, or if you don't want to really deal with being in Vegas at all and just happen to want a calm place to stay this would be it. From the mellow music to the scented soap, it all just works. Also, if you happen to want a really nice steak at 3am, it works too! Absolutely delicious, as was […] the prawn cocktail with a rather unique sauce! But if you are expecting to have the same quality/feel as you would expect in a Mandarin Oriental in London or Munich, you won't get it here. This is Vegas and even the Mandarin cannot fully escape the fact that this town is just a facade behind which there is pretty much just sand. It is hard to explain, but if you have stayed in another Mandarin you will know exactly what I mean. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The only minus was that parking was not included when ALL the surrounding hotels did offer free parking.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Don't really have to"
First time trying this non casino property on the strip for a weekend with my gf. It's OK, but nothing to write home about. Very regular and not impressive in any way. Wynn, Bellagio have better rooms and the service is just as good. whats good about the Mandarin is that it's quiet, calm and the lack of wandering gamblers all over. But for some reason […] the price you pay is that there is only one of each: one bkfst place, one bar, so its very limited. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
