"Times Square Nugget"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 6, 2012
We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week and were glad to find a hotel right in the heart of Times Square. The service was definitely top notch! The front desk was courteous and the concierge was very helpful, recommending great shows and restaurants. Our room was nice. It could've been a little larger. But the bathroom was a good size and the size of the TV's and the fact that they played HD was a bonus. Also, the bed was quite comfortable. The cleaning staff did a fine job of keeping up the room. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to others.
"Consistency. You can depend on it."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Finding a "GOOD THING" these days can get harder and harder. For this reason when you come across a 'good thing" it is priceless. One of the most recent "good things " that I have come across is the PARAMOUNT hotel in Times Square. The first thing that I leave the hotel impressed by is the professionalism and commitment that is demonstrated by the staff. Starting with the front desk where I was checked in by Catherine and continuing until the driver which I received at the hotel hands me my luggage at the airport. Catherine followed the details of my visit until the moment I checked out. The only dislike that I had which eventually i got over was the view of the alley where the boiler or some loud machine was placed. I know that from now on I will request a room that faces anywhere but there. If you are going to New York and plan on taking in Broadway there could not be a more perfect location. I love this hotel so much I find myself wanting to travel to NYC more. I cannot wait until my next visit to the PARAMOUNT which I hope will be in the next few weeks.
"Affordable Quickie in NY"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
We had a very good time and the hotel was close to work.
""Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
Very nice hotel, within walking distance to subway for access to Manhattan (take the 7 or E and you can get to grand central, times square, penn station). Just a few blocks to local restaraunts. The room was very clean, excellent staff, free shuttle to subway. Overall an excellent place to stay if your touring new york city. One note, if you are considering a "view room" save your money, the view is obstructed by a number of taller buildings (the hotel is only 7 floors). Overall an excellent experience and I would definitely stay again, especially at the rate because of the new hotel discount. If you plan to take a cab from the hotel call one yourself because the service the hotel uses charges a flat rate to specific areas and you can get a cab on your own for cheaper generally.
"Nice hotel in the theatre district"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012

Wall Street comes to life before dawn as traders rush to Lower Manhattan to make and break deals. But finance is just one aspect of Lower Manhattan, where colonial churches stand next to skyscrapers. Within the district, rebuilding continues at Ground Zero. At Battery Park, ferries depart for Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, America’s beacon of freedom.

Club Quarters WTC was absolutely amazing! My husband and I spent four amazing days in NYC. Our view was spectacular! The surrounding neighborhood was very safe and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The hotel staff was wonderful as well. The amenities, the cleanliness and the total ambiance were simply fabulous. The people we met were extremely […] nice and very willing to help when we asked questions. There were police men all over keeping an eye on things which made me feel very comfortable and safe. One even suggested his spot to go eat (Essex) which was good and inexpensive. If you are looking to visit NY Club Quarters is a sure win! I look forward to my next trip there. I'm already missing NY and I just got back home... Read more
"cleanliness"
Very clean, my daughter was very hesitant about staying in the city because of bed bugs and how dirty the city is. She was delighted to see how clean it was. Will definitely stay there again. Price was good as well.
"This place was great!"
I had a wonderful time. Looking out at the pools everynight was hauntingly beautiful. Dinner was great, and I loved that I could get a water bottle whenever I was thirsty. Showers were beautiful and very warm. I can't say enough good about this place. I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in New York!
"WONDERFUL -- a well-kept secret!"
Our family of 8 had a WONDERFUL stay. Ours were the only children we saw there. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, cleverly compact and boasted views of the WTC/Freedom Tower/Reflecting Pools/etc that were simply amazing. The WTC construction was a little noisy early on Saturday morning, but quiet in the evening and […] on Sunday. Of course, it was bustling during the weekdays, but watching was half the fun. The View of the World Terrace on the 20th floor had even more amazing views all around. We enjoyed two very fresh and delicious breakfasts, as well as a very nice dinner. The food was tasty, the staff was friendly, and I just can't say enough about the views. We were, frankly, amazed that the place wasn't busier, but I guess that's NYC. They could have offered a few better wine choices, but the liquor selection was fine. Read more
"Convenient, affordable Financial District location"
Overall, my stay was fine. The hotel is close to the World Trade Center site, Financial District, Battery Park, South St. Seaport. In a way, it is sad that the WTC has become a major tourist attraction. I grew up in the city byrs ago and weekend crowds in the Financial District was unheard of. Today, the Saturday-Sunday crowds are incredibly thick as […] is the traffic. The WTC clearly has changed our lives. The area, because of 24/7 police and private security presence, is extremely safe. "Literally right next to World Trade"
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The hotel appeared to be getting old and i felt the room (queen sized bed) was small. There really wasn't any place to put our luggage without having to stumble over it. Decent location.
"Perfect location, great rooms and good service."

"On top of WTC Memorial"
The hotel was great-- great service, clean, had a rooftop restaurant, etc. I would definitely go back. The only complaint was not with the hotel, but the surrounding area. The Memorial is still under construction and they started the jackhammer each morning at 7am-- even Saturday. The hotel had no control over this though. Great location otherwise!
"Excellent place to stay"
Curteous and professional staff. Clean and comfortable room. Within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, subway

overall an excellent experience. However, I was a little disappointed in the location of the room. When I booked it with Hotels.com, a room with a city view was promised. The room I got looked out on an alley and was next to the elevators which was a little noisy at times. But all the other aspects of the stay made up for those negatives.
historical address - too loud
"Great Stay!!"
Very impress with the hotel service and room. Great stay for the price!! Will definately stay here again when we come back to NYC.

"i will recommend to friends"
the room was very clean and tastefully decorated. there isn't much around the neighborhood at night. however, there are two close by subway stations that will get you anywhere around Manhattan. i really liked the shower and the closet. i will recommend to friends.
"Great hotel location so-so"
The hotel was great but the location was so-so if your not looking to be in hig tourist area!
"The Best in Manhattan!"
Excellent! Thank you

"Great Hotel * Met Expectations and more!"
This hotel was better than I had imagined! Stayed here as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday and took the subway to Yankee Stadium. It was close to the Subway and right next to the World Trade Center and Battery Park. We had an amazin veiw of the WTC on the 8th floor and while the contruction was a little loud during the day they stopped working […] around 8pm and there was no noise to bother us at night. While it was far from Times Square and Rockefeller, we found a great restaurant across the street at the W. It was the BLT Bar and Grill. Club Quarters had an amazing rooftop bar/restaurant with an amazing view of the surrounding city. The convienient water station on our floor was also a plus! I would defintely stay here again if I were to visit the WTC or Statue of Liberty, even if we went to Yankee Stadium again although the subway ride was a little long! Read more
The hotel is lovely, the staff very friendly and accommodating. Easy access by train but on foot requires hiking around the 8 acre perimeter of WTC construction which can be exhausting. Nevertheless I would happily stay there again.

Really liked the free filtered bottled water, fitness room, and kitchenette. The room could have been bigger.
"Club Quarters World Trade Center NYC"
Clean, neat, friendly. Overlooks WTC in NYC.
"Wild weekend at the Club Quarters"
We visited on the 6,7,8, & 9 of April. Enjoyed the stay. Our room was located away fro a lot of traffic but there were several college student groups at the hotel that weekend. The noise level was considerably louder than in previous visits. I could tell that the staff and resources of the hotel were strained by these groups.

"Nice hotel but kinda hard to find."
The club quarters was a great hotel. Convenient location and a great price. The rooms were cute, clean, and comfortable. The only problem we had was that the hotel was hard get to. Our gps kept giving us routes to closed roads. And a lot of roads are closed around the hotel because of the rebuilding of the area since 9/11. Eventually we found the hotel […] and we had a wonderful stay. Our view from our room was cool because we could see the construction of one of the new towers. This hotel is a must stay. And my husband and I will definitely be back. Read more
"Great hotel for a business trip"
The hotel is brand new so everything is in great condition. The rooms are small, but perfect for someone traveling on business and the cost is about half of the other hotels in lower Manhattan.

"Excellent Accommodations"
What an incredible bargain for the price! Only two blocks from the Rector Street subway station, so ease of access is great. The restaurant offers a view of the WTC monument and new towers under construction. Very pleasant and helpful staff. This (and likely other Club Quarters) will now always be my first choice for hotels in NYC and elsewhere.

"Club Quarter had beautiful rooms :)"
I had a great time. Room was awesome with great views and The restaurant was amazing:) Would definately stay again :)
"Great Time"
This hotel overlooks ground zero. One thing to note is that work goes on there quite late but it does end (we had a pile driver going until about 8pm. In my mind, this is NOT a reason to give this hotel a poor rating. After all, that is one of the places I wanted to see and could not argue with the front row view. The restaurant on the 20th floor […] is a good place to stop just to see the view (they were happy to let us go out on the deck. The staff were great and very accommodating. The rooms were well appointed and my partner and I love the water dispensers outside the room. They were great to grab a bottle on your way in or out for the day. I have stayed in other NYC hotels and this was a treat for my partner and I and we were not disappointed. For the price and overall feel of the place, I would go back again in a NY minute. Read more

"Great place"
WTC Club Quarters was great to stay at. They only problem I had with it was that if you're facing the construction side of WTC, early in the morning you can hear them.
"Financial District NYC"
We booked our room at the last minute. It was not only very affordable for NYC, it was a beautiful room and the staff was friendly. It was a bit on the small side but all in all comfortable.
"Club Quarters A Real Sleeper"
OK, 'sleeper' is a bad pun, but this place is an absolute gem. Located directly next to the new Wordl Trade Center, it is ultra-new and ultra-modern, with a sharp and attentive staff and many pleasant service bonuses. Free purified water-bottle stations on every floor, a beautiful 20th-flor bar and lounge with outstanding food, the most thoughtful bathroom […] layout and functionality I have seen, solid fitness centers, terrific business lounges and facilities (free), excellent security. Directly across from the W Hotel World Trade Center, this place is by far the better deal in every respect, and no disrespect at all meant to The W. Read more
"A great and convenient place to stay in New York"
Right in front of the world trade center. I especially appreciates the details that went into the design of the hotel. Particularly the filtered water refill station. This made me rather ecstatic since I like to be hydrated and fill my water bottle on my travels.
"Great Spot"
We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is right in the middle of the financial district and next to the world trade center memorial. Couldn't have been a better experience!
"Nice Hotel"
The hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious for New York City. Plus overlooked a special memorial of all the heroes that were lost and all the men, women, and children that were there. Definitely will stay again!
"Great Hotel, Great Price, Great Location!!!!"
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, mainly due to its proximity to the 9/11 memorial. We upgraded to a suite for a small fee and had a great view of the Ground Zero construction and the memorial. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant/lounge was perfect for a intimate dinner. We will definitely return!!!
"a clean and comfortable hotel"
The room is very very clean and comfortable. They have everything that a traveler/businessman needs. I like free tasty water and the computer room.

"good hotel"
This is a very clean hotel. It's a great hotel if you know where you want to go in NYC. The staff are not overly friendly or helpful and beware- the hotel bar closes at 11PM even on the weekends!
"Club Quarters-WTC"
I've spent time at other Club Quarters within NYC, Boston and Chicago. This one was by far the nicest! It's very new and has an excellent location downtown. Although a little out of the way of a lot of mid-town tourist attractions, the low price is more than worth the slight inconvenience. Good subway access and the the room I stayed in had floor to […] ceiling windows that over looked the WTC memorial. Very pleased with my stay! You really cant get a much better deal! Read more
"Front Row"
When we booked, we did not know that the hotel abuts The World Trade Center. The view out our side window was of the ongoing construction at the site. For some visitors, this could be overwhelming. We were only there for one night. The hotel is new, attractive and our room contained a kitchenette and a workdesk. The staff was helpful and friendly. Be […] aware that this might not be the spot for everyone. Read more
"Simply the best!"
I reaklly just want to send a thank you through this review to Lui who took complete care of us and made sure my partner's birthday stay at the hotel was a pleasant one! This hotel has amazing views and the rest of the staff was so attentive and so polite! We shall be staying here again very soon. It is not noisy whatsoever so you need not worry about […] the construction outside! Thanks again to Lui and to the entire staff at Club Quarters WTC for making our stay so comfortable!!! Read more
"Very enjoyable stay!"
We stayed a couple of nights at the CQ WTC recently and would defiantly recommend it to others. We chose this hotel for the competitive price and fairly good reviews. After reading a few complaints about noise from the WTC site we were a little worried but the construction noise was quite minimal and certainly never disturbed our stay. Our room was […] fantastic far exceeding our expectations and everything was clean and well stocked. My fiance was especially impressed with the fresh bottled water system they had installed outside the room, simple yet much appreciated. The staff were relatively friendly and helpful although we were told to fetch our own extra pillows from the "guest closet" in the hallway 10 minutes after the front desk promised they would be delivered to our room. Didn't really bother us but it did feel a touch unprofessional. Also, for those driving we found the parking situation to be quite frustrating, although being in NYC that's almost to be expected. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would certainly book at the Club Quarters in the future! Read more
