This was great place to stay, no screaming sring breakers. This is an adult oriented all inclusive hotel. The food was excenllent, you have to try the rotisserie chicken on the beach!

"HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
Wow! What an amazing time we had staying at the Royal Solaris!! We spent our 19th anniversary at this all inclusive resort for 4 days and never even had the slightest urge to go into town or leave the hotel. Friendly staff checked us in. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and there was no waiting. The Time Share lady who offered us a "quick tour" of the hotel but did not get pushy or upset when we told we just wanted to get to our room and then hit the beach. She asked that we come see her, but we never did and we never got bothered with Time Share talk the rest of the time. The multiple pools looked like lots of fun, but hey...we have a pool at home so we spent every waking minute at the beautiful beaches. The "vendors" walking up and down the beach were not pushy at all and after each one made their 1st pass/effort, they didn't bother us the rest of the day. Benjamin and Kike (pronounced kee-kay), were our beach waiters over the weekend and both of them were absolutely tremendous!! We could not have asked for a better experience. The room was clean, it had a comfortable bed, and plenty of water pressure for our showers. Oh...and pay the little extra to get the beach view room...spectacular views of the sunrise and gorgeous blue waters!!

I loved the hotel and the service is wonderful, however I was really disappointed in the beach. We had to travel to another Palace resort to swim in the ocean and take pictures. But that is my only complaint.

Accessible by ferry, Isla Mujeres is a major ecotourism destination. El Parque Natural Garrafón (Garrafón Natural Reef Park) features coral reefs inhabited by schools of fish. Giant sea turtles come ashore at Tortugranja to lay eggs. North of Isla Mujeres, thousands of rare and tropical birds roost at a natural sanctuary on Isla Contoy.

"Great hotel, staff, and location!"
This was the first stop on my husband and I's honeymoon in the Yucatan. We could not have been happier with the service, rooms, and location of the hotel. It is a three-minute walk to the ferry to Cancun, and also minutes away from the main downtown area and the beach. The hotel was beautiful, modern, kept very clean, and they provided us with a complimentary […] continental breakfast as well. They made a mistake with our reservation but were very apologetic and made it very easy on us to change rooms for the second night. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Isla Mujeres! Read more
"Superb help"
Adeymar at the main desk was extremely friendly and helpful even taught me some new Spanish phrases!!!
"Not bad"
This hotel was nice and it was conviniently close to the Ferry dock but I kind of wish I had stayed in a hotel in a different location because the street was busy and loud and it was more relaxing on other parts of the island. Not that its a far walk to those places but it would have been nicer to stay closer to them.
"Hotel Bahia Chac Chi"
The hotel was nice but it was a hassle to travel by ferry to cancun
"Hotel Bahia Chac Chi, Isla Mujeres."
A modern little hotel close to the heart of the village, the ferry terminal and the sea-front, the location is ideal for the short-term visitor. The rooms were simple but clean and bright, the staff very friendly and helpful. If staying on the island for a period of longer than a couple of nights and looking for luxury accommodation, this hotel might […] not be your best bet; if looking for a moderately priced room close to the night life and good restaurants, Hotel Chac Chi is an ideal choice. "Bahia Chac Chi Isla Mujeres"
Hotel is located near the ferry terminal so it was convenient for our one night stay in Isla Mujeres. Room was clean and comfortable. Day shift front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Most of the others did not speak English. Internet service and breakfast were a bit of a letdown.
"Must stay at bahia"
Pretty new hotel at isla. Near the port Amazing hotel and stuff!! Very clean .. Beyond the price you pay Would defiantly go back !!
"nice hotel, but nothing more"
the hotel is faraway from the beach. while raining, take under consideration that your room would be flooded since there is nothing between your door and the outside rain... it was not a good experience for me...
"Bahia Chac Chi -"
The only thing that could be better is if it was located at the beach. Besides that, everything was perfect. Clean rooms, comfy bed, nice balcony, clean pool and most of all, friendly & helpful staff.
"Truly worth staying."
I would highly recommend this hotel for those who are not keen on hotel amenities. As a beach lover, this place is ideal. Its location is amazing. Close to restaurants and beaches . For its rating and price, it is definitely worth it.
"Good choice for a quick stop in Mujeres"
Convenient, clean and friendly. Close to everything, including ferry terminal. Cleanliness much appreciated after 5 nights in a sandy cabana in Tulum. Good for a short stay.

Pool i innergård = absolut ingen sol. Men stränderna på ön är väldigt fina. Karibisk atmosfär på ön.
"Pratique"
L'endroit m'a semblé sécuritaire. Read more
"ottima posizione"
Read more

"Hotel Bahia Chac Chi - Isla Mujeres"
"Excellent quality and affordable price"
Clean rooms, good location, friendly staff and an amazing island itself. Good value for money!
