This is a very nice airport hotel. Convenient, friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms, lovely grounds and pool. With 2 small kids, it made our travel day so much easier to have spent the night before at the airport. We usually try not to support Marriott ... but this is the only hotel we'd consider within a few minutes of the Cancun airport.

The hotel overall was great. I had adjoining rooms and the one with the king bed was fine. I can see how some one may complain about the one with the double beds since there is no room in between the two. It wasn't an issue for me. I didnt spend that much time in the room. Food was good. A little bland but nothing a little salt can't fix. I had to ask for towels but when I did they were prompt about it and no questions asked. The stay was enjoyable and relaxing. Be open minded and flexible and you won't be disappointed.

I wished we could stay longer...really enjoyed our room, the restaurant, and the conservatory show.

Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel aufgrund anderer Bewertungen entschieden und waren voll zufrieden. Positiv - sehr nettes und hilfreiches Personal - zentrale Lage (5 Min vom vom Fähranleger) Negativ - Normaler Kühlschrank im Zimmer, der Geräusche macht. Kann man nachts aber auch rausziehen, wenn es einen stört. - übersichtliches Frühstück - direkt an […] einer Straße gelegen. Die teureren Zimmer mit Meerblick sind sehr laut. "Es waren zwei wunderschöne Tage auf Isla Mujeres."
Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Fähranlegers. Es war nicht weit zu laufen. Wir konnten gleich einchecken und mit der Erkundung der Insel beginnen.Das Hotel ist sauber und der Service war vollkommen i.O. Von der Rezeption wurde uns gleich ein Caddy vermittelt und für 24h zur Verfügung gestellt, den muß man nartürlich bezahlen. Hotelli oli siisti ja moderni. Hyvä sijainti lähellä lauttasatamaa ja kävelymatkan päässä rannasta. Huone oli iso ja sänky todella tilava. A pocos metros del muelle del ferry que conecta Isla Mujeres con Cancún se encuentra éste hotel cómodo, decoración minimalista y cerca de restaurantes, a corta distancia de playa norte, la mejor de la isla. Städningen var dålig, smutsigt golv och extremt smutsigt golv på balkongen, skor behövdes. Frukosten var ok, vanlig kontinental frukost, Bra beläget jättenära färjeläget. 5 min från stranden och centralgatan i byn. Pool i innergård = absolut ingen sol. Men stränderna på ön är väldigt fina. L'hotel si trova in una zona centrale, molto comoda per chi arriva con il traghetto da Cancun. Il personale è stato molto gentile. Tuttavia l'hotel è un pò spartano, ed il rapporto qualità prezzo non è stato dei migliori. La nostra camera si trovava al terzo piano, ma l'ascensore era fuori servizio. E' stato difficile salire con le valigie su una scala […] peraltro molto stretta. Non vi era personale per avere un aiuto con i bagagli. Das Hotel ist neu, nur etwa 200 m von der Anlegestelle der Fähre gelegen. Zum schönen Strand Playa del Norte sind es zu Fuss ca. 10 Minuten. Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Pool.
