In general, very good for the price. Very friendly staff looked after us well. We arrived very late, but the staff went out to check whether a restaurant was still serving (it was). The rooms were clean and the heating worked (important in the cold season). Everything was fine that - after we said that we were going out for a walk to see the sights (10 minutes from the hotel) and would be back later, they opened our rooms and left the keys in the doors with all our possessions inside. Nothing was taken, but there was a risk.

The hotel is a short cab ride or about a 25 minute walk to the Citadel and a close 10 minute walk to the Blue Mosque. The surrounding neighborhood doesn't have much to explore in the immediate vicinity, but overall, the hotel was a good value for the price. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The food was much better than we expected. It's not too far from center city - a taxi will cost 2 JD. But it wasn't very walkable.

This was one of the nicest places I stayed during my travels--really a pleasant surprise, since I was expecting a pretty average place. The lobby might strike some as "Moorish kitsch" but to someone less informed like me, it was beautiful. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable: a little dust in the hard-to-reach corners but everything else […] was fine. Front desk was quick to help guests navigate toward central Amman from this slightly off-center location. The free buffet was one of the best I have had: a combination of North American, European, and Middle Eastern specialties, with huge varieties of each and quite well prepared. I was a bit bummed that wireless internet wasn't free in the rooms, but it worked just fine in the lobby, where it costs nothing. The hotel even had a full gym on the lower floors that I didn't learn about until after I was ready to leave, but definitely an added perk. All in all, the Toledo was an incredible value for the money and it gets my highest recommendation. Read more

Upon arriving the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel had good food and was very reasonably priced, not to mention the complimentary breakfast in the morning was excellent. Best I've ever encountered in a hotel. Would definitely stay again.

What we read and saw on the website was quite mis-leading compared to what we experienced. The staff at the front desk was wonderful; staff in the restaurant was very inattentive; the cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired and the neighborhood was less than ideal.

This hotel is an unexpected gem - excellent service, very warm and welcoming, very reasonably priced, very comfortable and a quite but good location. Good facılıtıes ın the hotel, but ıt's location ıs not great for a tourıst. My room (as a single room) was very small - no room even to open a small suıtcase except ın the wardrobe. It overlooked to old Abdalı bus statıon whıch was turned ınto a market when I was there - very noısy.

Myself and my wife stayed here for a night as a stopover between travelling to other parts of Jordan. It made a very good base to see the sights of the city itself as taxis are quite cheap. Hotel staff are very friendly and rooms are very clean. Would stay here again if back in Amman.

Swimming pool was closed due to public holidays. This was not clear before we arrived. Hotel books taxi for customers but at a much higher price than the going rate if you were to ask drivers directly outside the hotel. The hotel is also located on a very steep hill so although it's abt 10 min walk to city centre, it will be much tougher to walk back […] from the city centre. We had a huge room that was clean, had a very comfortable bed, and a great hot shower. Breakfast was huge and delicous. The JET bus station is 5 minutes away where you can easily get a cheap bus to Petra. It is located about a 20 minute walk from downtown central but eacy walk. For the price it is excellent value.

We got an upgrade as we stayed more than one night, but the rooms at the back of the hotel can be noisey as they overlook the market in the bus station (starting at 5.30 am!!) - especially on Friday […] and Saturdays. Buffet meals are good value - note that taxes are all included in the prices at this hotel- normally a further 10% service charge and 16% goverment tax are added. Exchange rates can be bettered in banks if changing money and tours to nearby Jeresh and other sites can be more cheaply arranged using taxis/ external guides to the hotel. Het Toledo is niet de goedkoopste optie, maar je krijgt wel waar voor je geld. Er heerst een prettige sfeer en het personeel is correct en vriendelijk. De hotel lobby straalt charme uit, evenals de ontbijtruimte met zijn Spaans tegelwerk. De kamers waren schoon. Wij kozen ervoor om aan het eind van onze reis terug te keren naar dit hotel voor onze laatste […] nacht. Enig minpunt is dat het misschien wat verder van downtown en bezienswaardigheden ligt. 2012年4月に合計4泊しました。場所は便利です。レセプションの対応もよいです。ただ、部屋（時に水回り）はくたびれている感が否めません。アンマンの他のホテルを知らないのですが、このランクのホテルはどこもこのような感じなのでしょうか？WiFiはロビーのみ無料。ただ、電波が弱いので、レセプションの真ん前でないとダメです。ダウンタウンからはゴールドスーク横のセルビスに乗ると簡単に帰って来れます。徒歩圏内に食べるところはあまりありません。

Det tar en kvart att promenera till Ammans historiska kärna men då denna tar en dag att utforska och området i övrigt är en ocharmig och ganska nedgången historia finns egentligen inget som talar för en längre visit än en natt. Personalen är hotellets främsta tillgång. På minuskontot står tråkiga rum, superhårda sängar och omgivningen. Förstår faktiskt […] inte riktigt varför Toledo i skrivande stund är så högt rankat. Välj då hellre Amman Inn som ligger mitt i det modera västra Amman och ta en taxi till det historiska centrumet för 20 kronor. Read more
