Rooms small, but clean. Staff is very friendly and eager to help. Location is a bit far from restaurants, but if you have a car, you can manage.Would go there again in a flash.

Hotel was good, basic business hotel. restaurant was very good, gym faclity was basic but OK. Room wasn't cleaned well prior to my arrival but other than that I was satisfied.

While we had to commute 45 - 70 minutes (depending on traffic) to get to Hannover Messe, that's nothing new to us coming from Chicago. Our stay was a... delightful break from the giant show. Friendly staff, a great complimentary breakfast, and a wonderful little village with two great restaurants made for a great break after a long hard day at Hannover! We booked the Am-Kloster because we couldn't find anything in Hannover but they will be my property of choice for Hannover Messe 2015! by Dave from Chicago on 04/17/13

I stayed here during the Cebit Trade Fair and was surprised how much value for money I got at this place. I ordered a single room, but was upgraded to their apartment, which was large and with all the things you can expect from it. Very nice staff, clean and modern room. No WiFi, I think it was a temporarily problem, but I was offered a LAN-kabel if I needed internet, so that was ok. Practically no Vodafone coverage, so don't count on a reliable 3G connection. Breakfast at the Kloster Cafe was very good, highly recommendable hotel, A+.
