Stayed here on our honeymoon, couldn't have asked for a better place for the money. The staff was extremely helpful with speedy check in/out. Concierge staff was on their A game the entire time. Room was cleaned daily and very comfortable. The bar was nice but a bit expensive ( but that's London). Vauxhall tube station is only a five minute walk which isn't bad at all. There is a grocery store next door that has about everything you need. Was a great stay.

Just what we expected. everything was good except the wash basin drain was full of hair and drained poorly. surprised that the maid service didn't report it

"Fulfilled our needs nicely"
Although listed as a 4 star hotel, it's actually more like a 3 star apartment. So we were surprised that it was more modest than expected, but that explained the low price anyway. The 4 star "hotel " designationis probably a mistake. The owner was a good guy, and he upgraded us to the 2nd floor corner suite, which was great. The basement rooms he had […] originally planned for us would have been not so good (so don't stay in the basement rooms if you can). The neighborhood is fine, not as posh as Earl's Court or Gloucester, but ok nevertheless. The hotel is very close to the underground station. The hotel is o na quiet street. I'd go there again. "A real gem in London"
Castletown House is a real find in West London. Why put up with tiny rooms that you could not swing a cat in, when you can stay in comfort. My flat was very well decorated with great touches such as a large bottle of water in the fridge, coffee/team books, CDs and DVDs. Staff were very helpful and efficient. "Bra på alla möjliga sätt"
Har rest och bott i London, och blev positivt överraskad när jag såg rummet. Mycket bra standard i jämförelse med övriga hotell i London i samma prisklass. Mycket bra lägenhetshotell med väldigt vänlig och tillmötesgående personal. Nära till tubestation, finns några livsmedelsbutiker runt hörnet där man kan köpa bl a frukost. Både ägaren Richard och […] hans son Mark är mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. De är väldigt flexibla, vi fick förlänga vår utcheckning en timma. Kommer absolut att åka tillbaka, har redan rekommenderat hotellet till vänner som ska åka till London. Fina lägenheter, med rimligt pris, som har en trevlig hemkänsla. Lätt att hitta dit, lätt att ta sig runt och väldigt privat. Får absolut bästa betyg av både mig och min mamma. Read more
