So bad we couldn't stay. NOT AT ALL WHAT THEIR WEB SHOWS. Very old everything. Black mold around tubs. Counters peeling away. Mattresses so old they creak as you sit. Should be removed from this booking site.

We spent one night in this hotel in a smallish single Queen room. The room was comfortable enough for 2 and had been nicely renovated with modern fixtures and tile in the bath. The A/C in our room did not work, but it was no problem as the weather was cool. The telephone system didn't work either due to recent damage. We were attending an event and wanted to stay within walking distance. This motel is across the street from the community centre, and close to the curling club and the hockey arena. Drink as you want and walk is a good philosophy. Check in was a challenge. We waited until 5 pm as the office was not open until then. We were given a key to a room was […] already occupied. Then we were given a room that smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Third room was on the second floor and fine. It was renovated and the bed was comfortable. But the coffee maker did not work. We also found that, October in Invermere is when all restaurants close for a week or more. This week. Downtown was zipped up like a body bag. Even the locals did not know where to go --- and we did not want to drive. Eventually we settled into the Copper Saloon -- wall to wall TVs, and pub grub. The night was quiet. The next morning we were gone early, especially since the in-room coffee maker would not. The Bistro restaurant was open and the breakfast special was very satisfying. We liked the shopping -- since we had so much time to spend before the check-in. Rivergems is a great spot for shopping and discussion. Our Christmas list is a little shorter. Read more

This is rally a motel, one of those two-storey jobs from the 60s. When I drove in I was skeptical, but the desk clerk was very firendly and informative, then the room was completely new, modern decor and nicely appointmented. The motel is in the middle of reno's.At first glance you question your your choice of a place to stay. And yes it is not a hotel.But once inside our room we were pleasently surprised.The rooms are small but clean & modern.We had a small fidge & a microwave & a 32" Flat screen TV,also WiFi.The bathroom was nicely fixed up as well.Rooms could have used […] another mirror & some art on the walls.A little bistro table & chairs set would have also been nice to have.Maybe our room was not totaly finished.It is right in the middle of town. Waited 20 mins for someone to appear at check-in at 4pm. A man arrived and told us we were not due for another week. Accused us of changing the date although my confirmation print-out was 2 months old. Tried to charge an extra $10 and when I said no, threw the papers at another, more pleasant individual who completed the booking at our promised rate. […] Our room was dirty, worn out, smelling of smoke, partially and badly re-painted with missing baseboards, caulking and bath and sink plugs. The furniture was delaminating and the drawers had cardboard stapled into the bottoms. The linens were old and faded with brown scratchy towels in the bathroom. Toiletries had obviously been refilled with odd caps on some of them. TV was an old model. Did not see anything like the rooms in the pictures on your web site. Very disappointed!! I had 9 rooms booked for my family vacation at Invermere Boutique Hotel.Upon reaching at the hotel at 3:15 pm only 4 rooms were cleaned and ready to be checked in. It took another two hours to get all the rooms.customer service seems to be upgraded. Garden tools and gas jerry can used to barricade paint spill on the very first parking area. Good bang for the buck - Only real complaint is the name of the establishment is misleading - it's a motel - not a hotel. The owners have upgraded a basic motel with a fresh coat of paint, good beds, good linen and towels. Pulled up in the parking lot, took one look and drove away. Not a hotel, a MOTEL, the website pictures are far from the reality of the place. Honestly looked like the motel from the movie Vacancy. Sleeping in a tent would be nicer than staying at this 'boutique' shack. Lastly, the front desk guy was extremely rude.

Nice little place. The single rooms were much nicer than the doubles. Was pleased with the appearance of the shower. The hotel receptionist had great recommendations for food and the price of the stay was unbeatable.

Very basic but Surprisingly , newly and well renovated. Bathroom beautifully tiled, nice thick towels, very good quality bed linens, great TV. Our room did have a table and chairs. Best of all for me, the bathroom had heat.

Do not use this motel! It is very expensive (dearer even than a new 4* hotel we used) and has little or no facilities. The rooms are cramped, lights do not work (no bulbs), no breakfast provided. This motel was a rushed, last minute choice. We have a small dog so our options were limited. The location was perfect.... right in downtown Invermere. The size of the room was great, with a kitchenette and a bedroom. I had to close my eyes to the fact that it was very outdated. Old everything. The tub had no plug, and there was a wooden baseboard […] all around where the cracked tiles met the tub. There was nowhere to put personal item in the bathroom. No counter and no shelves. The towels are brown and worn so you're not completely sure if they're clean. The stove didn't work very well, but it did the job when we cooked bacon and eggs in the morning. The carpet throughout was incredibly old, dirty and stained. The bedspreads were old and questionable. The staff was friendly enough. Being a smoker I appreciated the little benches with sand ashtrays outside each room. If ever in a pinch, with a pet and a granddaughter, I would stay there again. FOR ONE NIGHT ONLY. I can't see staying there longer. The price was way too high for what you get. Read more

Bathroom was not in good condition, no exaust fan, kitchen stove was not properly working, gap under enterance door so its not quite sleep, ants were on bed, air condition was not cooling all rooms peoperly, wifi range was not good enonugh to run internet in good way, but reception desk staff was good and cooperative.
