"Sublime splendour"

We stayed at Follonico for four nights in the month of June. The farm is nestled in Tuscan splendour, amongst vineyards and fields with distant views of Montefollonico, Pienza and Montepulciano in the background. Fabio and Suzanne's restored country home is all that is welcoming, charming and stylish. The furnishings are simple yet sophisticated and comfortable. Both Fabio and Suzanne work hard to make their guests feel at ease and at home. They are charming, friendly and well-informed hosts who offer modern tools like GPS with pre-programmed destinations and E-books full of great attraction and restaurant suggestions to ensure their guests' stays are always varied and interesting. We enjoyed their daily breakfasts, especially Fabio's pies (never too sweet) and fresh bread, made of stone ground flours from locally grown grains.

A hotel with a soul. Charming hosts make you feel as if you are at home. Chic rooms and adorable dogs, donkey, horse, and ducks. Delicious home-made breakfast. Excellent local restaurant and vineyard recommendations in surrounding villages.

"Amazingly beautiful spot!"

Follonico is incredible. Set in the most beautiful Tuscan scenery, Fabio & Suzanne have created a piece of paradise for guests to stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated and everything is provided to make your stay enjoyable - including air con & wifi. A lovely breakfast is provided each morning - fresh bread, cheese and meats, a daily savoury and sweet treat and plenty of cereals and coffee. We were made to feel very welcome, including our 2 year old who was doing her best to chase the dogs, carry the budgies around and touch everything in sight. We were also provided with advice on where to go and had great trips to local villages and restaurants as a result. Highly recommended!

"Follonico is THE BEST!"

We had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at Follonico in December 2014. Everything that's been said about this place is true. The property itself is incredibly beautiful and serene. The owners, Fabio and Suzanne (who live on the property with their children) are warm and welcoming. Some of the highlights: -Fabio's fresh cooked breakfasts every morning, with fresh baked breads, fresh squeezed juice, and local cheeses and meats. -Fabio and Suzanne have GPS devices that they give you that are pre-loaded with all the local destinations, making it very easy to find your way around the area. -At Suzanne's recommendation, we had lunch at a local organic farm called Podere il Casale. It was absolutely delicious and ended up being one of the highlights of our entire trip to Italy. If you ever have the chance to stay at Follonico, DO IT, it will be a decision well made. I am already looking forward to when I can visit Follonico a second time.

We had a lovely stay at this bed and breakfast. The hosts are warm and welcoming. The property is picturesque with views of vineyards on rolling hills and the farm is very quaint. The decor is modern yet rustic at the same time. Don't go off he property to do wine tasting- buy a bottle and enjoy the property fully without any hassles! The breakfast is tasty. The room was a bit warm- AC wasn't very strong but it was also 100 degrees outside and that's just what most of Italy feels like in July.

"What a week!"

Well! What can we say! Absolutely wonderful. The most beautiful setting in this stunning and tranquil valley. Lovely comfortable room beautifully designed and serviced each day. Unbelievable views. Some of the best places in Tuscany just a short drive away. The owners and hosts Fabio and Suzannne are so helpful and knowledgeable about places to see and go and restaurants to try. They made us so welcome in their beautiful home. Breakfast is very good and all produce locally sourced. The house is a small holding with donkey, horse, chickens and geese. Don't let this make you think this place lacks style. It doesn't it has true Tuscan class! We absolutely loved staying here.

It's so good, you don't want to leave. From the moment we drove into Follonico, we were in love with the place, people and the spirit of the location. All has been said in other reviews. It is difficult not to like Follonico and its owners. Thanks Susan & Fabio. Thomas & Cheryl

"Amazing stay in Tuscany!"

For a truly local Tuscan experience, this is the place to stay. Fabio & Suzanne have put their heart and soul into this B&B and it shows. The property and decor has so much love and attention to detail. With amazing views all around, evenings are quiet and you can enjoy a nice local bottle of wine while watching the sunset. Fabio serves up a wonderful breakfast (from the garden) and I took his cooking class where I learned tips from his Italian grandmother. Suzanne has a keen eye for decoration - she has definitely put in a lot of time inside and outside to make the place truly enjoyable (even the soaps are local and smell yummy). There is free wifi in the rooms and the main house which is a nice bonus for those of us that need to stay connected. Can't say enough positive things about their place and their hospitality. Also a short drive to some cute towns worth discovering. Amazing all around!

Fabio and Suzannes home is beyond beautiful. the surroundings are incredible from every angel. my husband and I had the best best time with them and wouldn't hesitate to rush back! if your looking for service this isnt your place. it really is a bed and breakfast not a hotel.
