We are very satisfy with this hotel. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Florence central station. Excellent restaurant next door with 10% for hotel guests. We stayed in one of the unit with kitchen. There are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Hotel staff is very helpful. They even helped us to print out train tickets when we purchased on line. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we went to Florence again.

The staff here were fabulous, even calling our hotel in Rome before we left them to ask a question for us. The room for two adults, a 6'+ 15 yr old and a 16 yr old was more then big enough and bright and airy. The bell tower outside the window was beautiful. Staying here you are close to the Duomo and convenient to the train station, which is fabulous when you are training between cities in Rome. We would most definitely stay here again!

Located in Florence (Historic Center - Downtown), Hotel Locanda de Pazzi is close to La Pergola Theater, Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and Statue of David. Also nearby are Ponte Vecchio and Bargello Museum.

It is a family run hotel with very clean room and newly updated bathroom. Friendly service and free nice breakfast incldued. Aircondition is good for... the rroms that have it own unit, but the ones with old central system are not very cold. For rooms far away fromn the front desk area, WIFI did not work but you can have the WIFI either at the front sitting room or inside your room if your are clase to the entry. Location is quite and very close to mectro station, just around the cornoer. In genral, it is a nice place to stay. Florance is great and would love to go back. The staff can and will make museum reservations for you. E-mail your requests a couple of week ahead. This was most helpfut to us. There are lots of stairs - 3.5 flights from the street level. The tiny in room bathroom features a shower that is over the tolet. The room itself was large enough and had a king […] bed. My husband and I stayed here in mid October. Location wise, it's great. Walking distance from anywhere you want to be in Florence, and the hotel staff are very nice. Comfort wise, it's not ideal, but we did get a great price as we stayed during off peak tourist season. This is definately a no-frills place to stay, but if you're in Florence to sight […] see (as everyone is!) you won't complain about the location. A word of advice, ask for a room where the toilet ISN'T in the shower. Yes, you read that correctly. We moved rooms immediately when we checked in and noticed this, less than ideal shall we say, set up. However, the hotel staff gave us no hassle in moving rooms, there was no extra charge, and they did understand why we required a room switch. If you require a wake up call I'd advise getting a travel alarm clock (there isn't one in the room) and we received our wake up knock only 50% of the time. Another nice feature though, is that they allowed us to leave our luggage in their breakfast space after we checked out so that we could do a little more sight seeing before we left. I certainly won't complain about the friendliness of the staff. So, if you're looking for a friendly, very inexpensive, no-frills stay in Florence this may be the place. Read more

Hyggeligt, familedrevet hotel i hjertet af Firenze. 400 meter fra alle de store seværdigheder, i en gade næsten uden trafik. Engelsktalende, hjælpsomt værtskab, rent og tiltalende værelse med aircondition. Evt. ulempe: ligger på 2.sal uden elevator, så det er ikke handicapvenligt.
