      This is a residential development that ran out of money. There are about 7 or 8 houses built, 2 or 3 bedrooms each. The place is well maintained, but it's not a "hotel". We overloaded the electricity by using hot water and dryer at the same time and had to find a help person to reset the switch. We washed some clothes in the washer and the door would not unlock. The caretaker had to take the back off the washer to get the clothes out. The pool is nice and the houses are fairly spacious. The outdoor fireplace is nice. It's very quiet and has great views. It's too bad the promoter abandoned the project. The people were very friendly.

      Nicely appointed, basic, modern. It is not 5*! But great for the twenty something traveller looking for good affordable lodging and within range of the La Barra summer life. Has a nice pool and bar/rest, as well.

      Good hotel, located near Barra and close to Jose Ignacio (10 min drive). Nice pool, Nice beach. Convenient. Would return.
