Mycket bra hotell! Trevlig personal och bra rum. Hotellet kan vara svårt att hitta till då entrén är ganska anonym. Personalen är mycket servicevänlig, erbjöd sig att ställa upp med väckningssamtal utan att jag bad om det eftersom jag talat om jag skulle upp tidigt. Uppskattas!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, kennen allerdings auch andere (u.a. doppelt so teure) Hotels in der Stadt. Aber dieses war vom Preis- / Leistungsverhälltnis bisher das Beste von uns besuchte Hotel. Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral, nur ein paar Schritte von sowohl Alt- als auch Neustadt entfernt. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. […] Trotzdem sind die Zimmer absolut ruhig, so dass man nachts gut schlafen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns für ein 3-Sterne-Haus sehr positiv überrascht. Auf den ersten Blick wirkte der Speiseraum und damit auch das Buffet ziemlich klein, die Auswahl war jedoch sehr reichhaltig, frisch und lecker. In Punkto Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Einziges Mako ist, dass die Dusche etwas klein ist und keinen abnnehmbaren Duschkopf hat. Read more

Ett mysig hotell med mycket vänlig och hjälpsam personal beläget precis vid den gamla delen av stan. Jag har bara gott att säga om hotellet, ett tips är att använda hotellets airport pickup för 10 eur.

We stayed at Hotel Art for a couple of days, while vacationing in Sarajevo. The hotel is located in the main street in the middle of Sarajevo- one of the best locations in town. The service staff is very friendly with good english skills. Very good hygiene and clean rooms. Every room has its own PC, with internet - free of charge (additional to free […] Wi-Fi connection). The hotel has its own tourist-office, if one would like more information about the city and its attractions. The food at the resturant "Maroko" was excellent as well.
