We are very satisfy with this hotel. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Florence central station. Excellent restaurant next door with 10% for hotel guests. We stayed in one of the unit with kitchen. There are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Hotel staff is very helpful. They even helped us to print out train tickets when we purchased on line. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we went to Florence again.

The staff here were fabulous, even calling our hotel in Rome before we left them to ask a question for us. The room for two adults, a 6'+ 15 yr old and a 16 yr old was more then big enough and bright and airy. The bell tower outside the window was beautiful. Staying here you are close to the Duomo and convenient to the train station, which is fabulous when you are training between cities in Rome. We would most definitely stay here again!

Siena isn't that big, so any hotel near the old city is really fine in terms of location. We just did a quick one-day sidetrip from Florence, so the convenience of this hotel to the main bus terminal was great. Room was more than adequate.

The hotel was very comfortable and charming. I would definitely stay here again...even with the odd parking situation. This is good if you want a very... quiet location in a very sleepy but charming medieval country village in the Chianti region. The staff was very pleasant but not very visible...good and bad....it was hard to find someone to ask questions except during the breakfast hour. The wi-fi is only available in the breakfast room. We stayed at the Palazzo for two nights and truly enjoyed the experience. It is located in an extremely picturesque Tuscany village (cars to be parked a few hundred meters outside) at a short distance from major sight-seeing spots in Tuscany. Hotel itself is an old palace and its grandeur has been well preserved by the very welcoming family who keeps […] it (local wine bottle as a gift, fresh home made marmelade for breakfast, etc...). Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable, even though I found the mattress somewhat hard to sleep on. Good eating opportunities in the vincinity after a full day of sight-seeing. We particularly enjoyed the pizzeria which is on the same square. Read more
