Overall the hotel looked nice and staff was helpful upon check in. The first thing I noticed was the lack of security at the room door. The door it self was like a light cardboard and door hand and lock seem to be attached by a loose screw. Its alignment was also off and made the door hard to shut and set the bolt. The room Itself was very nice on first […] glance. I was think I'm getting a great deal. After a closer inspection I noticed that the in room safe was screwed into a small dresser in the closet that was not attached. The safe was already in the lock position with the door open. The directions given did not state how to reset the lock. The staff also had no idea how to operate the safe. General security of the hotel was lax. I had to call the front desk on meny occasions because of other guests or there visitors knocking on doors and yelling in the early am. From my point of view the hotel did not fix the situation. After the first hour of the second night another guest had to confront them to as them to please be quiet. An altercation took place with the guests and no hotel staff to be seen. When staying in a hotel a home away from home I think that security is the first priority for your valuables and loved ones. Read more

The hotel is really good value for money, exceptional location if you want to walk into town. They arr located just off the main road S.Pattaya road which goes straight down to the tourist district and the infamous Walking street, Street has also lots of public transport, motor cycles and open vans, The vans cost 10 bhat. Also fresh squeezed juice would have been better. even if it was per order... Head of hospitality Mr. Nasser Punmuktha was truly a great host..a lot of fun..and great company for a lone traveler!! He's a keeper! Also,Sammy at the bar is also a keeper.. he stayed after his roster finished to serve drinks without any problems.. Front desk staff was also quite sweet and responsive when internet was down or I needed to book a ride to Bangkok. loved Ao! The young lady who was meant to mop and clean the floors and bathroom is not really responsive to suggestions, and is in and out in 5'. Had to point out stuff to her everyday and she still did not get it right.. I think supervisor needs to check on her work! The USP of this hotel is the location- extremely easy to be accessed from beach road & walking street. Apart from that there is privacy, nice pool, drinks @ pool allowed, good food. . . People are aware of this hotel hence even if you are lost there is good guidance from local help/ tuk tuk understands the place too.

We stayed here in August 2012 for two nights. Overall the stay was excellent and hotel is located away from the main strip which made it quiet. Staff were friendly and made the extra effort to speak to us. The breakfast was also better then a lot of other hotels I had stayed in in Thailand. this hotel is not close to the beach or entertainment area, but it is a beautiful oasis away from the noise. we upgraded our room and were very impressed it was large and airy, it is also close to a large supermarket and some shops, the bart bus passes by but the hotel has its own tuk tuk which will take you to walking street.. i had words with the […] check in staff on our return to the hotel, we had booked an upgraded room and where given a standard room which was small and smelt musty. i returned to the front counter and expressed i was not happy with this room and was promptly given the key to the upgraded room we had previously had. on a better note my husband had problems with a suitcase and the maintainance man spent 30 mins helping my husband. Although we were disappointed at first with the location, there was a free tuk tuk service to the beach, or you could catch a local baht bus for 10 baht each way (about 20p), which would take you up and down the main streets, or to the beach. We booked pool-view rooms (200 bath more expansive than normal rooms) but get normal room the first night....nobody interested about that and not give anything for this downgrade........wandrobe has lot of dust inside, my clean trousers dirty, when i want to use. Terrible hotel and terrible Guest relations. I would never go back there even if it was fully paid. I guess what you pay is what you get? But basic needs like housekeeping was not done and empty promises were made by the staff. In a nut shell, not worth paying a budget amount to "suffer" and cause grief on your holiday. stay away from this resort!

The hotel was like a building site from 8am to 6pm every day the first room they tried to put us in was terrible and unclean the tuk tuk shuttle service did not operate as they said it was been repaired the swiming pool also had debris of rusted steel in the pool a disgrace i would not send my worst enemy to this hotel.

Brilliant hotel. Friendly, accommodating staff. Enormous room with enormous bathroom. Big fridge with complimentary water. Good breakfast. Hotel is in quiet location but has easy access to a lot of the attractions and is within walking distance to bus route going south. Hotel provides great complimentary tuk-tuk service to locations in South Pattaya […] which made getting around with two children under 12 really easy. Free internet access in rooms and one laptop available for use by guests. TV had good selection of channels. Nice pool with lots of lush vegetation around it, (water a bit cold for kids though). Заселение произошло моментально, нас ждали, что конечно приятно. Номера хорошие, довольно чистые. Однако уборка производилась недостаточно качественно, зачастую видный на полу мусор не убирался, но на 4-ку можно […] оценить. А вот территория отеля, место у бассейна как и сам бассейн, всегда содержались в чистоте, здесь на твердую 5-ку. Завтраки прекрасные, разнообразные, работники кухни откликались на любые просьбы сразу же и как обычно с улыбкой. Расположение отеля неплохое, рядом БигСи, но немножко недостает разнообразия магазинов, кафе, массажных салонов как в центре. Минус такой: обмен валюты только в БигСи и по плохому курсу и только до 6-ти вечера. Так что менять деньги приходилось в центре, что не очень удобно. В наше посещение было много русских, но которые вели себя более менее достойно, но очень много было индусов, которые вели себя безобразно, отвратительно. Хватали еду со шведского стола руками, могли не доесть хлеб, выпечку и опять же руками возвратить все на общий стол. Куча индусов-мужчин заполняли собой весь бассейн, везде бросали окурки, пустые бутылки из-под пива, и более того выйдя из бассейна бесцеремонно вытерлись нашими полотенцами. Вот это да! I spent 21 nights on Citin garden hotel STAFF: upon arrival i was met by people from lobby wich greeted me all nicely and nothing wrong with that, staff kept on being nice and personal towards you until the very last day of the stay then turned on you that in a way gave me the thought of that they did not really like to be friendly as much as it was […] their duty to do so by hotel policies. LOCATION: Even though hotel is advertised as to be close to the beach it is not close to the beach in but on the other hand hotel offers free tuk tuk service every hour till 9 in the evening Notice though free tuk tuk only to town not back to hotel. Looking to the fact hotel is far from beach makes the hotel far from pretty much everything exept BIG-C shopping mall wich holds some variety of shops including dining area wich is pretty cheap to eat there. ROOM CLEANING: House leaning of the room was never on the same time. Room was cleaned properly but could have been done better in many ways and setup of room was never the same, refills on mini bar could have been better and i could count up many "small" details that are still vital in way. SERVICES; Hotel have travel guide service wich was expensive from my point of view and price check i did on other places so would not reccomend that. SUMUP: many things could go better and many things are done good there so would i stay there again? i guess the ansver would be NO but still good place to go for night or two not for prolonged stays. スクンビット･パタヤ通りから直ぐで、スーパーのＢＩＧ－Ｃが近いい。長期の滞在に向いている。ビーチまではかなり距離があるので、ホテルのプール使用が前提のホテル。 ＷｉＦｉルーターが、一部不良で接続し難い情況だった。技術者を部屋に行かせると、フロントは言っていたが、結局こなかった。

Rolig område, hotellet har store rom og bra service. Et stykke fra strand og sentrum, men tuk-tuk drosjer gjør at man kommer seg til stranda både raskt og billig. Fordelen er at det er stille, man sover godt og kan velge selv når man vil oppsøke fart, spenning og byliv. Bassenget var ok, servicen var veldig bra med blide og gjestfrie ansatte.
