perfect. a/c was very good. 32in tv had 55 channels with movies / room service was very reasonable and good food. front desk was friendly and spoke very good english . only down side was the park across the street. they seem to have someone all night on a loud speaker . so if you can, get the rooms faciing away from the park. tacos half block away were 40 cents and delicious. highly recommend portobello. get room online, it is 20 dollars cheaper than walking in for a room. thanks hotel.com

Well more than i expected, great staff and very helpful.. It is kind of dangerous at night since its in downtown but other than that, this hotel was great.(free american breakfast-coffee,juice,fruit,dish). Definitily will stay here again,, 100%recommended.

RESTAURANT: Breakfast restaurant is open from 7am to Noon and though located within the hotel, it is not owned by the hotel. Though somewhat limited (by American standards) with several pre-cooked selections, friendly staff will cook eggs, etc. to order. It's all good. LOCATION: Zapopan is an upscale, mostly residential area so feel safe. Not for 1st time tourists unless you are fluent in Spanish and can manage the bus system-which stops right in front of the hotel-or you have a car. Best suited if you have business or are taking a course in the area. Parking is directly in front of/under the hotel. 24 hour security guard. Rest assured that attention to security prevails. ROOM: Clean but hadn't been used in a while. If it matters, request a window to the outdoors as there are windows to the interior. As a rule, mattresses in Mexico are pretty hard - no exception here. There were some technical issues: Internet went down from one afternoon until the following morning and the hotel office could call me but I couldn't call out. Hotel is under new management. The darling young staff are trying so hard to bring the hotel up to a high standard. The staff is the nicest group of people I have ever met in Mexico and they will go above and beyond to compensate for any flaws as they work to strengthen their infrastructure. I would HIGHLY recommend giving them the opportunity by supporting their business. I will most definitely return to this location!

all the stuff were very friendly from the lady that organize my room to the receptionist they gave me directions to the places I needed to go.. I am very happy with my stay there I will stay there again plus the location is close to the Cathedral and many more points of interest. price was excellent.

realmente es muy limpio y sus instalaciones muy buenas para estar unos dias, no dentro de el por q no hay mucho q hacer, pero limpio, comodo y pues atentos en el servicio, no hay nada alrededor de interes pero se llega rapidisimo a muchos lugares.... a nuestro gusto muy bien.. regresariamos....
