I didin't like the carpet is terrible , must to change quiclky , the internet very bad , no wifi in the room !the smell smoke everywhere !!the elvator so croudy and slowly !!

Couldn't sleep because the thermo heater was weak. and the room service missed shaving razor. Hard to find the elevator location. Only the reception people were ready to help me.

As the weather is dry housekeeping staff provided 2 additional bottles of free mineral water; she also left a caring message. Their business center was responsible, helpful, and very effecient. You'll feel like home staying at this hotel.

部屋は非常にキレイで良いと思います。無線は試していませんが元々、有線ＬＡＮが執務デスクの左側から出ており、その点も問題なし。唯一難点はトイレが詰まったこと。これはトイレットペーパーの質のせいかもしれませんし、清掃で元通りになっていました。

基本的なサービスは良かったです。部屋も広く清潔で良かったです。値段の割に全体的なクオリティは高かったと思います。ただ、チェックアウト当日、早朝に空港まで行くバス乗り場に行くための、タクシーを手配してくださいと依頼し、何回も確認したにもかかわらず、空港までのタクシーを手配されてしまった点はちょっといただけなかったですが。
