Hotel was great!! Room was clean and comfy. The clerk at the desk looked to be about 20 he had no idea what he was doing! I went in and checked us in he gave me a room. When my family got into the room it smelled like urine and had no blankets or sheets on the beds. When I went back to the desk he gave us another room. We would stay again.

I am impressed. The only problem I had was I put the don't not disturb sign up since my 2 year old was napping and knock knock housekeeping. Oh well it happens. Breakfast was great and being a parent of a toddler I was thankful for a fridge and microwave.

Although I was disappointed in the mildew on the shower curtain, some damaged tiles in the shower, the broken door to the pool area and the overwhelming chlorine in the pool area (we could not swim, because to breathe it would be caustic), there was much that was good about this hotel. Our toilet hadn't been cleaned. There was old coffee left in the coffee maker. Hair on beds!! Wouldn't stay here again!!!!

The bathroom could have been cleaned better. The breakfast was minimal - the waffle maker was not working correctly and instead of being replaced, it was removed.. The public trash cans were not emptied while we were there (2 nights) - we had to tell the staff to empty the outside trash can because it was overflowing and attracting bugs.

The room was great. However the pool area was awful and that was the main reason we rented this room. We had our grandson and he could not even go swimming. The area smells moldy and mildewed and the hot tub was broken.

This was a nice hotel for the price. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy. There were two small housekeeping issues, which I overlooked, but, in retrospect, should have mentioned to the staff, so they could improve their service. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Receptionist did not know what she was doing. The rooms were old. Sheets and pilllow cases seemed old. There were dirty wet stains on the night stands and table. You can hear your neighbords TV. Joshua is a dry county, so no restaurants or gas stations are open after 10pm.
