I highly recommend this hotel! The staff is outstanding, from the front desk to Valent Parking. They addressed me by my name every time and did many little things that were above and beyond normal service. It's also located for easy walking to River Street and City MarketI was on the 5th floor and had a good rooftop view of the city. The comfort bedding was good, and I slept well there. And for the price, it was nice to have a restaurant, bar, and room service. I would definely stay here againL

Hotel is very clean. Beds are very soft. Fridge and microwave were nice to have. Breakfast room is small, ended up going to crackle barrel for breakfast. I would recommend it. Google navigation takes you down too far down the road, it's behind the sleep Inn.

I reserved two rooms, One of the girls in the other room smuggled in her hamster (unbeknownst to me) and paid 150.00 for the violation. At night the lobby is closed and guests need to use a side entrance into the hotel. The layout of the hotel is a little odd. Everything seemed to work ok and the room was fairly comfortable.

I was in the area for the 5K for the Mighty 8 Museum. The hotel was five minutes from the race sight and only twenty from Savannah. I spent the evening in Savannah and got to the hotel in plentyof time to get a good nights rest before the race.

Nice hotel located near the Savanah airport. We stayed here for one night on our trip. The staff was nice and very helpful. Good place for families. We were picking up family members the next day. Close to the airport-- but not too close- no jet noise !

Overall the stay wasn't SO bad. The hotel did have both elevator and stair access to the second floor- an additional restroom facility located near the lobby and vending machines. All together the room itself provided a good stay- but a freezer section in the mini fridge would have come in handy. Also better quality amenties and toothpaste could have […] been provided. It would have been nice to have a few extra towels in the room....but those were replenished for our second night stay. Also- the building is completely locked down for the night and there is only key access for those staying. From the lady who checked me in to the lady cleaning the rooms who gave me advice on things to see/do in Pooler/Savannah, I enjoyed my experience. Some of the towels were harsh and one had a visible stain. The room has several stains on the wall and even the ceiling. I chose this hotel because it was relatively close to a wedding I attended on Tybee Island. I awas very satisfied with my stay here. Compared to hotels which are closer to Savannah, this one was a steal. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. My room was clean, and the black out curtains and flat screen t.v. made my stay that much more comfortable. It's […] a small hotel, only two floors, which made for a very quiet stay. FYI: The hotel is located next to three other hotels. It's at the end of a culdesac. The hotel was fine. It was clean and the decor was quite new, which counts for a lot in my book. The only issue I had was with Hotels.com. I arrived late in Savannah tired from a long journey. Rather than try and book a hotel on my iPhone, as much as I love it, I was not in the mood. I ended up calling in my request “just find he a reasonable hotel […] in the area….“. The advocate was good but wrongly informed me of the guest-rating, being higher than it was on the Website when I checked later, she also mentioned that it had a cooked breakfast which it did not, continental style only. The staff was very friendly. We arrived around lunchtime, and even though our room wasn't ready yet they let us use the business center before we headed to Savannah/Tybee Island. The "business center" is just a computer in the lobby, and although it doesn't have a printer, they have a deal with the Sleep Inn next door so that guests can use the printer […] there. The location was pretty convenient for getting to Savannah - only a 10-15 minute drive. Rooms were well maintained - nice new bathrooms and very comfortable beds.
