We are very satisfy with this hotel. It is located in 5 minutes walking distance from Florence central station. Excellent restaurant next door with 10% for hotel guests. We stayed in one of the unit with kitchen. There are supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is buffet style with many choices. Hotel staff is very helpful. They even helped us to print out train tickets when we purchased on line. We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we went to Florence again.

The staff here were fabulous, even calling our hotel in Rome before we left them to ask a question for us. The room for two adults, a 6'+ 15 yr old and a 16 yr old was more then big enough and bright and airy. The bell tower outside the window was beautiful. Staying here you are close to the Duomo and convenient to the train station, which is fabulous when you are training between cities in Rome. We would most definitely stay here again!

Struttura in gradevoli condizioni strutturali e di decoro, silenziosa e ben collegata al centro città. Esperienza personale limitata ad una camera family in cui il letto matrimoniale è, per ragioni di spazio, piuttosto corto. La "colazione continentale inclusa" come descritto nel sito Expedia è costituita da un cestino di merendine confezionate e caffè […] solubile che trovate in stanza. Per fortuna c'è una piccola ma ottima pasticceria-bar molto vicina dove avere a proprie spese una adeguata colazione (credo che tale bar fornisca la colazione per gli occupanti delle camere più piccole). Infine ho pagato la tassa di soggiorno 4euro a persona invece di 2 come riportava Expedia. Read more

Seul bémol sur le petit-déj inclus: on nous donne des tickets pour aller déjeuner au bar du coin (1 boisson chaude + 1 viennoiserie .... un peu léger tout de même).
