The hotel is very nice and well located, close to Anegelopolis, with a nice pool and friendly service, but the carpet in the room was very dirty. I noticed it when I got in the shower and a dirt came out of my feet. the only place I walked without shoes was within the room itself....

We had a good stay and the location was excellent a few steps from the zocalo, so if that is important to you then this is the place to stay. However do not expect a new building since this one is over 200 years old and there are retrofitting inconveniences associated with this. Some rooms have no windows so if this is important ask to be changed but be warned: a window to the outside means a lot of noice since this is an old building, and a window in the courtyard means less privacy. Many rooms are small so ask to see your room before accepting. Breakfast is not great other than coffee and bread, but if this is important to you for 3-5 USD you can cross the zocalo to taqueria Angeles and have more food than you can imagine! So if you get a good price for the room then you will have the extra cash for a great meal.

The Puebla de Antano Hotel is ideally located just steps from the Zocalo in the heart of Puebla. It is also just blocks from the Sunday market area and good restaurants, shopping and other major sites. The suite is spacious but there is no view. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful.

We usually spend less when traveling, but this was a splurge that was worth it. Lovely, beautifully furnished, full of antiques and art and excellent service. Plus, one of the best restaurants in town right there! And the included breakfast was from the full menu. Delicious! I wish the bed weren't so hard, but that's always just a personal preference. It was a beautiful, spacious room. So enjoyed it!

"Hotel Misión San Francisco en Tlaxcala:buena ubica"
El Hotel en general me pareció bien por su ubicación, limpieza y servicios. Lo que no nos gustó es que la alberca está fría, por lo cual no tiene caso que la tengan. No vimos a nadie que se metiera. Lo malo fué que pedimos el servicio de despertador para las 8 de la mañana y no nos llamaron. Dijeron que "se les pasó". De hecho mi esposo se molestó porque […] llegamos tarde a una cita. Regresaría porque no hay mucha oferta de hoteles en la ciudad de Tlaxcala y por la ubicación, pero creo que el servicio podría mejorar bastante. Read more

Realmente es una excelente opción, la ubicación es excelente, la comida es excelente. Solo como comentario, los muebles son un poco viejos, pero en terminos generales una muy buena opcion.
