The hotel room was nice. It was clean and the pillows were really soft (I like that). The sheets could have been softer. The staff was excellent. VERY friendly and accomadating. The continental breakfast was just awful. I did not try the waffles because the line was terrible. The coffee was very weak, it looked like tea. I highly recommend eating breakfast out. I would stay at this hotel again.

got to the breakfast area around 9:40ish, but was told by one of the cooks they stop service real breakfast at 9:50. there was hardly anything left. she probably didn't realize what time it was. was not happy. went to denn'y for breakfast instead. what a waste!

Food is tasty. My eleven-year old has enjoyed it and it has been very quiet. Our dog settled right in and has not alerted on people in the hallway. We could not hear the high school volleyball tournemant girls at all.

we were there for a tournament at Arch Bishop near Everett/Mill Creek. It worked out really well we were 15 min away. The spaghetti factory is next door. Barnes&Noble is within waking distance as well as DSW shoes. Close to Alderwood mall. The only problem we had was the keys not working more than what I Would consider normal. Room next door had small kids that were running and screaming at 9:30 pm while we were trying to sleep. Called the front desk to complain and their attitude was less then stellar. This hotel is similarly priced to the Embassy Suites a few blocks away, but unfortunately can't hold a candle to the Embassy Suites. The beds are decent but the pillows are too small. Walls are too thin, I heard the neighbor's TV programs until 11:30pm while I was trying to read. Bathroom was pretty good, with good water pressure in the shower. However, […] my biggest pet peeve with hotels reared its ugly head with two long hairs found (one on the shower wall, one on the bathroom floor). I have short hair. Gross. There is a microwave and microwave popcorn in the room, which is a nice touch, except there were several pieces pressed into the easy chair cushions from a previous guest. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, especially with the Spaghetti Factory sharing the parking lot. But not compared with Embassy Suites a couple blocks away, which is more comfortable in all ways, more spacious rooms, free hot (a real) breakfast, and room service! The Holiday Inn didn't have any food service except for your token pastries and weak coffee downstairs, in a small room with not enough space for all the guests trying to get at it. It was wonderful. Those beds are the most comfortable we've ever slept in . I want one!! Staff was accommodating about a slightly later check-out since we had to prepare some things for a wedding, etc. AC worked great, room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, no outside noise. I was driving to vancouver from Seattle, and the Hotel is 20 miles north of Seattle, which bring me closer to vancouver, and next to the boeing factory tour, which I visited prior to arrive at Vancouver. The Hotel over all is nice, the hotel rooms looks new during my stay (July2012).

Our stay was a pleasure, our kids loved the pool and the pancakes every morning. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean, well-kept, and up-to-date. The property overall was great and the staff was friendly and accomodating. We'd definitely stay again!

The room was extremely clean. Could not hear guests through the walls. Also, I enjoyed using their superb toilletries--excellent quality. The desk clerk was very welcoming. I would stary there again.

The hotel felt new and modern. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our standard room had everything we needed including a microwave and refrigerator and the kids enjoyed the pool before bedtime. Breakfast was very nice as well!
