BREAKFAST IS EXCELLENT. RESTAURANT STAFF IS EXCELLENT. SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. ROOM SERVICE PHONE IS IN THE CORRIDOR WHICH IS A NUISANCE.
"Can Try Club Property"
I had a very bitter experience whilst booking this property and it was only because of an extra mile effort by an Executive from Hotels.Com Ms.Vandana Jain the reservation could get confirmed (Even After paying Online). The so called Executive Room ended from where it started and was Stinking. Even a hefty throw of Air Freshener could only keep the […] stink away for a few minutes. The lesser said the better it is with the Quality of Food Served on Ala Carte. A Corn Salad is so full of mayonnaise and tomato ketch up that you would prefer to avoid eating it after one helping. There is no Buffer Break Fast as claimed but you are subject to the mercy of the restaurant staff who could get you a Dry Toast, An Omelette (if you are privileged) or Some Upma Or A Mooli Paratha alongwith a small glass of juice and tea or coffee. This is the standard / status complimentary Break Fast served. Room Service guys need to be told to leave or pay a tip each time as a bonus to them to leave your room to avoid their cold stares or thorough scanning of your scattered things. The reception staff were courteous once they got a piece of mind from Hotels.com as well as me. Has a nice Swimming Pool but it has a opening on its roof which helps the Pigeons to come and enjoy the serene surrounding and bless the pool water with their valuable droppings. Since the author literally lives on suitcases the over all experience was no where near to the publicity hype created by Country Club Promoters.
