The room was nice, food had limited options but was good otherwise. Service of hotel staff was good. Live Music was very good.

Overall the stay in this hotel was good. There are some things that they should improve, for instance, the Wi-Fi signal did´t reach to our room, breakfast was pretty bad but for the rest it was a very decent hotel and good value for money. It´s walking distance from the old town of Panaji and they have a travel desk that can arrange different activities in in-land Goa. It is a very good option to use it as a base of exploration for Old Goa and Central Goa.

The Hacienda was a great place to stay for a few days while in Goa. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and very nicely kept property overall. The only thing I'd change about it is the location - it's not that close to the beach. Luckily we had a car and driver for the day, and taxis are easy to secure, but there's no walking to the beach or any of the nicer restaurants clubs. Either way, the Hacienda is a great value and I'd definitely consider another stay again.

A very decent hotel. though a bit secluded from the beaches but beaches are pretty accessible from the same A very calm and pleasant environment with an excellent view of the lake and pool from the rooms makes it even more appealing the food is very good we had tried \only the vegetarian food which was good

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt and it was just perfect with great customer service and extremely friendly staff! We will surely be back!!!

We reached earlier than check in time 7 am instead of the 11 am check in time, the manager was rude, refused to talk politely and even though the room was available refused to check us in, told me " if i check u in now u will have to check out at 5 am to compensate for the early check in" after i offered to pay for 1/2 day extra he was ok and gave us […] the room. I asked now that i payed for 1/2 day he should let us check out late.. considering that i would be using only 4 hrs of half a day, he said "NO". The 1st room was dirty. The 2nd room which we accepted, later we found cockroaches, not 1 not 2 but i killed 5. God knows how many more were there. The air in the room was stale. The AC was ancient.. The fridge we didnt even attempt to switch on.. NOT WORTH THE RATE CHARGED one bit.. we didnt even attempt to eat after the experience, not my first tirp to Goa and never to this resort again even for free...
