Spendid hotel in semi-tropical gardens. Some features need atterntion, such as bath and celing fixture, but hotel is simply spenldid and very highly reccommended.

Spent one night before proceeding to the airport . Amazing room but a little dark to my liking ( i generally prefer white colored bedding vs the multi-colored bedding) . Bed was comfortable . TV was great and the room service was good too. Reception was kind enough to get me a cab in the wee hours of the morning . Location is very central and I had a lot of vegetarian options around . Nice place to stay .

I decided to stay in this place for some personal business in Bangalore. The room was spacious and the bedding was clean and comfortable. TV was good and had all the channels I cared about . Restrooms were neat and clean and great hot water in the shower. decent breakfast ( i think they try to accomodate a variety of cuisines and some of the items did not taste authentic - case and point the chutney's were diluted but I am nitpicking here ! ) For the most part this served my needs and would go back any time .

The receptionist named Lata is really rude is any statement she will make. for example if its 1145 AM she will call and say, "Hello... Your checkout time is 12" in an unpleasant tone. I thought it could be lot more polite, coz nobody is staying there for free. Apart from this there breakfast is horrible, they have very limited options. Waiters will […] not really wait on table... you need to really find them to get something ... Only good thing in the hotel was the rooms which were good from the perspective of 3 start hotel. Overall the courtesy was missing everywhere and receptionist should rather be a CEO of the hotel, being a receptionist takes a lot of courtesy and sweetness which I have seen in other hotels.
