Overall the stay in this hotel was good. There are some things that they should improve, for instance, the Wi-Fi signal did´t reach to our room, breakfast was pretty bad but for the rest it was a very decent hotel and good value for money. It´s walking distance from the old town of Panaji and they have a travel desk that can arrange different activities in in-land Goa. It is a very good option to use it as a base of exploration for Old Goa and Central Goa.

The Hacienda was a great place to stay for a few days while in Goa. Excellent service, comfortable rooms, and very nicely kept property overall. The only thing I'd change about it is the location - it's not that close to the beach. Luckily we had a car and driver for the day, and taxis are easy to secure, but there's no walking to the beach or any of the nicer restaurants clubs. Either way, the Hacienda is a great value and I'd definitely consider another stay again.

the owner and his staff are really friendly and helpful whatever you want. the rooms will be cleaned every day and every two days you get new towels and... bedsheets. the pool is clean and the poolbar that is also breakfastroom and restaurant is nearly romantic. hot water in the shower works very well. we had a relaxed stay and absolutely nothing to complain. we was so happy about these wonderful holidays, that we booked immidiatly for next year. for everybody who want to stay in candolim i must reccomend ruffles beach resort by a Hotels.com guest on 02/20/13

I enjoyed the stay at the hotel and would recommend it to family and friends. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff especially Anil, Jay and Sameer were very good and helpful. If you are staying with your family especially with kids this is not the place to be. Staff are unfriendly and no place to park your car.

Vi hade föväntat oss ett bättre hotell då vi varit på andra 3-star, Frukosten är under all kritik, Te vatten och brödet smakade typ klor kulor dvs de använde kran vatten. Toaletten gick ej spola normalt och sängarna stenhårda och rummen dammiga, dock som alltid i Inden är personalen väldigt vänliga och hjälpsamma, Poolen var bra men de haft fler poolsängar.
