I would return due to shopping location! But expected more for the price paid And the recommendations!

Having stayed at the Landis Hotel in Taipei, I expected Icon to offer the same service quality or better. After checking in, no one bothered to show us to our room and introduce us to the facilites available. I booked a harbor view room for an increased price. Sure there was a view of the harbor, if you looked to the left side. Directly outside my window was the rooftop of the mall. The concierge was helpful. I had one meal at the lobby cafe. My mom ordered a chowder in bread bowl. The bread came out toasted with green mold!! How did they miss that?! Killed our appetites immediately! I've read comments comparing Icon to the Four Seasons. One of our travel companions stayed there and I had an opportunity to rest in her room during our long afternoons in Hong Kong island. The hotel is impeccable and there was definitely no mold in our food.

Decent size room for Hong Kong. Definitely not huge but plenty big enough. Nice bathroom. Perfect Kowloon location. Clean and nice

Situated in Shenzhen, Grand Hyatt Shenzhen is in the business district and close to Shun Hing Square, Shenzhen Grand Theater, and International Foreign Trade Center. Also nearby are Shenzhen Museum and Luohu Border Crossing.
Hotel Features.
Grand Hyatt Shenzhen has a full-service spa, an outdoor pool, and a fitness facility. Complimentary wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is available in public areas. This 5-star hotel features business amenities including a business center and small meeting rooms. The hotel offers 6 restaurants along with 2 bars/lounges. "Hyatt Hotel in Shenzhen"
Majority of hotel features exceeded my expectations; room layout, bathroom overall excellent, ample clothes closet, fantastic workout area, steam and infinity hot tub a plus +++ for weary traveler. "Grand Hyatt Shenzhen"
Beautiful hotel, wonderful rooms and excellent service. One suggestion would be to have complimentary (or even paid) shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. This will help first time visitors to Shenzhen from being bilked by taxi cab drivers late at night.
"Great Hotel"
This hotel opened in December 2009 and it sparkles. The staff is fantastic and my stay was perfect. The hotel is in a great location as well. Right across the street from the Mix-c Mall which is also very new. It is a bit pricey though..
"Very clean, convenient"
We stayed at this hotel during Christmas. It is located right next to a posh shopping arcade where one finds the flagship stores for a number of international brands. There is an ice-skating rink where my ten-year-old had fun skating. In terms of price, this hotel is not cheap but it is definitely not the most expensive. I would say it is good value […] for money. Generally, service is good. People are friendly. The room is clean. Will definitely stay there next time we travel to Shenzhen. Read more
"Upscale hotel in a convenient clean neighbourhood"
Surprisingly good value for the money we paid from Hotel.com. Grand Hyatt really set the average rooms up the bar. We would say the only thing we didn't like was the location of the washroom right in the center and in the entrance of the room. Also, changing elevator lifts from the lobby or the spa floor is a bit inconvenient.

Enorme luxe en service voor Nederlandse begrippen zeer aanvaardbare prijs. Afhankelijk van reden van verblijf ligging aanvaardbaar. Geen westers entertainment in de buurt, anders dan uitstekende croisanterie en winebar ,simply life'. Verder top hotel,
