This was one of the most relaxing stay during our vacation in Kerala. The hotel location is perfect for watching the house boats or sunset on the lake while laying on the hammock! The hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. A must visit stop in Kumarakom if you are looking for a place to relax and rejuvenate.

We arrived late and night and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and clean and nice. There is a little river on the premises and you can canoe. The hotel is also right on the backwaters and you can get a house boat right from there. There is also a beautiful pool, gym, playground, and great restaurant.

Owner was helpful and allowed us to use internet. Lots of mosquitoes in the dinning room. Did not tell us about bed tea availability on first morning and called us second morning. Note Bed tea is available and included in the room charge. Breakfast is included too. Overall good and convenient location.

Very nice resort- the cottages were spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly large. Nice quiet location for a relaxing time!

"Sublimely tranquil"

"Great spot - basic rooms"
The resort is located outside Alleppey on the lakeshore. The property is very well maintained; the rooms are basic but comfortable. We enjoyed the outside shower. "relaxed 2 day getaway"
view is amazing, earlier we had a plan to take a houseboat for 1 day but after reaching to the hotel we dropped the plan n extended our stay for two days and took a boat to the backwater for 2 hours. boat was provided by the hotel n they charged per hour. food is average, no fridge in rooms. don't provide food after the time limit, even if requested. It is a quite remotely located resort with 12 cottage rooms. It is just on the bank of the Vembanad Lake yet quite near to Allapuzha town. "An hotel with lot of charm"
The hotel is very nice, situated in the green and just in front of the river. It's also very comfortable as if you want to take an houseboat tour they can arrange it for you or if you have already arrange it on your own you can ask to the hotel to contact the houseboat owner and to come to pick you up at the hotel as it is located immediately on the […] river. Rooms are very clean and with charm, there is a nice pool and you can get very beautiful sunrise/sunset views. The hotel is close to the main departure point of all the houseboats, however to get to the center of Alleppey you need to go by car. I found the location very good because you are away from the croudness and pollution, but then it depends on what you are looking for. If you want to stay in a nice place in the middle of the nature, this is the good one, if you want to stay in the middle of the cozy Alleppey then you should probably go for some other hotel. Breakfast was included and it's a buffet breakfast. Probably the variety of the buffet could be slightly improved. You can get both indian and continental food for lunch and dinner. "very enjoyable stay"

A very nice location at the lake edge; and I guess like all the lakeside resorts slightly remote from the main town of Alleppey.
