Staffs was really helpful. Room was clean. Pool view room with easy pool entrance. Air conditioning works really well. The surrounding area is well kept.... Our rooms were garden view chalets, but they were right on the beach front, facing the sea, so I would say they are sea-view. That was a nice surprise for us. Room amenities are basic, furnishings are like Malay kampong style. The bed was quite comfortable. Pillows are rather old and smelly, but we always bring our own ergonomic travel pillows. On this […] occasion, they prove very useful. The Beach Restaurant is a rip-off. We ordered several dishes from a la carte menu. The servings were very small, and the price quite ridiculous. We know it is a hotel restaurant, but how expensive can bean sprouts and kangkung be? The portion for four people were so small, there are literally only 3 mouthfuls. Worse still, the food wasn't even tasty. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world, this one takes the prize for the worst value for money when it comes to food. So don't bother. We never ate there again. There are quite a few good restaurants close to the hotel, charging one third of the price for good tasty food. The beach is nice and clean, with clear water, very inviting for early morning and late afternoon swims. We had 2 lovely sunrises out of the 3 days. Read more

I have been upgraded from 2 superior room to 1 apartment with 2 rooms. The apartment look old, boring & smelly. The owner really need to take out a lot of money to renovate and refurbish the resort. It is not well maintain at all. But the porter service is good.
