Nice village at the end of a cap. Great service (including buggies in the village). Beautiful pool and beach. Breakfast, restaurant and room service are high standard. Spa was ok (nothing amazing for Thailand level). The resort is a little far (mountain road) from anything...but what else do you need ?Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Genuine Expedia guest review
Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"First rate resort "

My wife and I stayed at Trisara on our honeymoon and it was honestly heaven on earth. The views from our ocean view pool villa were absolute perfection. The staff was attentive and polite and did not linger around waiting for tips. We spoke to the concierge to set up activities and she did not pressure us into using Trisara's pricey services. She found us reasonable tours and transportation options. We ended up using the same cab driver for most of out stay there to get where we needed to go. Great service. Great views. Great facilities. No bad things to say about Trisara.
"Pure luxury - real 6 star property and service"

From the moment you step off the plane you feel like a royalty - elegant woman is waiting for you at the aiport, leads you through the immigration VIP lane and brings you to the limousine - all included in the price. You come directly to your villa for check-in accompanied by GM Antoine Delon himself. Fresh fruit, hand made chocolate and cookies are waiting for you. Villa is spacious, with a vast bathroom lounge, huge bathtube, indoor and outdoor shower. Very quiet aircon is a plus. You get 10-m infinity pool with a stunning ocean view - a tasteful teak wood terrace is a great place to watch the sunset. Service is top-notch, you get buggy one minute after you call the butler, everyone greets you by your name. Food is perfect - best pad thai we had on the island, refreshing breakfasts with ocean breeze (served 24 hours a day!) and great sunset cocktails. Seafood restaurant is number one on TA ranking in Phuket. Try local spa for a professional massage.
"Exceptional location with stunning views"

Perhaps this is one of the most successful on the location of hotels in Phuket. Stunning views, beautiful place and 100% private beach. As told by our friends, who rested with us, in spite of minor shortcomings, we still come back here. It covers only minor flaws equipment villas. It is not bad, but already becoming obsolete. It is obvious that the hotel should soon make room renovation and replacement of furniture (especially outdoors). Everything else gives guests absolute relaxation, you do not want to leave the villa. Eat your breakfast always only in villas - it's convenient and free.
"Just the most heavenly Resort"

We were lucky enough to have spent 12 nights at Trisara this January, our 15th stay at the resort since 2008. So we are well placed to judge changes. With every stay we see continued improvement. While the resort has always been absolutely six star, details just get better every time and the new manager Antoine Melon is doing a fine job in preserving and enhancing further a very very special place in our hearts. We enjoyed 12 days without a drop of rain, beautiful sea breezes and the most wonderful relaxation in a secure, wonderful and awe inspiring Shangri-La it really is heaven on earth!
"Lovely Hotel with amazing view"

I stayed here with my girlfriend last year. She had booked the room at the Trisara , which was suggested to her by an office colleague. The rooms are spacious with large balconies. The view offered was over the top. The Hotel seemed to be located just over the sea. World class amenities including amenities including Satellite closet, nice linens, television, mini-bar, coffee maker and a wide range of complimentary toiletries in the washroom. The service too was excellent, though we did not require too many such calls. Absolutely terrific experience. They offered us free breakfast, coffee, evening snacks and a pile load of alcoholic beverages. Beautiful hotel with some extraordinary staffs.

I am sitting at Phuket Airport having just checked out of Trisara after a seven night holiday with my husband. From start to finish, everything was 100% perfect. We had an ocean front villa (no 104) that was perfectly located. Our 10 metre infinity pool was refreshing, clean and at the most perfect temperature. The outside furniture was a combination of lounges in the shade, sun if you preferred and a table and chairs - all that had a magnificent view of the ocean. I am an early riser so most mornings I was up at 6.30am, sitting on the lounge looking out at the sea. A perfect was to start the day. Despite plans to explore the area, our villa was so fantastic and well equipped that we spent most days outside, reading and relaxing. These villas are so well spaced out that we could not see or hear our neighbours- it was very private and that suited us just fine. The villa itself was gorgeous. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom spacious. I loved the outside shower and never used the inside one at all. There was so much storage space and loads of towels - this is sometimes lacking at other hotels that I have stayed in. Housekeeping were quick, discreet and did a fantastic job. We ate only at the hotel. The breakfasts were amazing - I loved the mushrooms on toast and the fresh fruit cut to order. We had lunch in our room every day and ate at both The Deck and the Seafood restaurant. I love Thai food and they had such a great selection of dishes. We thought the food was very reasonably priced. We did venture out one day and dived with a Padi Diving company H2O who were excellent. We did two dives and really enjoyed the experience. We had a four hand massage in the couples room at the day spa that I would highly recommend. The staff were delightful and the day spa is lovely. I wish I had indulged a bit more and had other treatments. All of the staff we encountered were so lovely, helpful and friendly - always smiling. The weather was fantastic - sunshine every day with a light sea breeze late in the day. Trisara is the perfect place to go to if you are after a quiet and peaceful holiday. There are loads of places to go to close to the resort if you like a bit more action but we were perfectly content to enjoy the serenity at Trisara. We will definitely be going back.

This was the poshest and last stop in our Andaman Sky tour of the region, very luxurious hotel, pretty pricey so we only stayed 2 nights, but worth spending the money on, would not hesitate to come back, hopefully next time we will be able to afford to stay longer. The main restaurant was a particular highlight, beautiful place and wonderful cuisine served with the typical Thai graciousness, top quality, totally rec'd this place.
"Probably the best service in Phuket"

We spent a few days at the Trisara last week. Aside from the beautifully manicured grounds, delicious food and immaculate facilities, the staff were absolutely fantastic. From Joe who drove us on the buggy to Ying who was so engaging over dinner, to the tennis coach with the wonderful smile, the staff at Trisara were absolutely wonderful. Not once was an order mixed up and the level of genuine warmth and engagement made this hotel an absolute stand-out for me in Phuket, at any price. (Previously I've visited Phuket at least 6-7 times and have also stayed stayed at La Paresa and the Naka). We had planned to go out to eat in the evenings, but frankly the quality of the food and the lovely beach side setting proved just too tempting/hassle-free. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent. Lots of smal details also add up, from the personal welcome from the assistant manager, the hand written welcome cards, the constantly manicured grounds, the high levels of security, etc all add up to a highly classy experience. Our only gripe concerned the size of the Ocean view pool suite and it's pool which is split and in close proximity to next-door neighbors. I would probably go the whole hog and get the full Villa - unfortunately it looks like we just missed out on an upgrade promotion. All in all, highly recommended.

If you are thinking of treating yourself or someone special by staying in a luxury resort, Triasra is the place to stay. I recently stayed at Trisara and was blown away by the fantastic service, first class facilities and amenities, out-of-this-world food and overall experience. Every morning the staff would great us a breakfast with our first names, already memorised our room number and even the General Manager Antoine greeted us by name. The entire resort works so well together to give all guests a VIP treatment. The rooms are very spacious, almost as big as my entire house! they are tastefully decorated and have everything you need from hairdryers that have decent power to mosquito repellant. If you ever need anything you just pick up the phone and its answered in one ring with a very friendly attendant and all the staff speak english very well. We even got married on the deck and had the reception in the seafood restaurant. Our 70 or so guests were thrilled with the entire expereience from buggy rides to the ceremony to the fireworks display after dinner. Trisara also assigned me a personal assistant on my wedding day (this wasn't requested but they included it for free!) to help me with every aspect of the day. I couldnt have been more impressed with Trisara- we're already planning our next visit back.
