Staff were lovely, and the place overall was spotless. Breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful, and the hours during which it was served were reasonable. My single room had a sink, television, dresser, nightstand, and plenty of outlets. Noise from the road was minimal. However, the shared bathroom was abused by other guests (shower broken because they couldn't figure out how to use it), and the hallway floors in a building of that age are quite creaky. Doors are rather thin, as well. Well-served to the city center by the 9A/B/C bus, but rather a long hike on foot. Tesco superstore a 10 minute walk south, various convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

We had a great time! the house is very nice, clean, big spaces and confortable. The people at the hotel are very warm, helped us, gave us many advises, were very kind and warm with us, as if we were family. We appreciated that very much. The house is a couple minutes walk from the bus station, a very convenient location.

Keef Halla was warm and friendly, and Charlie was so helpful. He even gave my sister and I a lift into a nearby village for dinner. This was a wonderful stay and ended our Ireland trip nicely, as it was only minutes away from the International Airport. Thank you Hotels.com for finding this place for us!

Lovely hotel, clean comfortable rooms Excellent view of Irish Sea across the street.Stephen was an exceptional host, helpful and knowledgable. Food was good, not great and Sam was a nice waiter who needs to be schooled in wine. Coming from Dublin it was a great stop on the way to Giant's Causeway.

I enjoyed my stay at the ibis but felt the bathroom could of been cleaner as there where hairs in the sink and the floor of tge shower. The beds and amenities where top class very confy sleep. The surrounding area is the only flaw to the hotel parking is not very well laid out we had to drive round the city 3 times before working out access to the carpark […] across the road. There is also a local taxi company right outside the door which is great for getting around but not so good when you are woke at 2am 3am and 5am with people leaving night club shouting and screaming just outside. The room was basic but clean and well equipped and the staff were friendly. Two problems. There was no mobile phone reception in the room at all (at la city centre location) and the free wifi didn't work either (no signal on that either)

We spent a weekend in blackout and blizzard conditions but this did not ruin our stay. The Ibis is in a prime location for all must see sights. The staff are friendly and helpful. Local bars have a great atmosphere and a friendly welcome. Would highly recommend.

We are regulars at Ibis hotels as they are great value for money. My partner enjoyed the breakfast buffet, however I couldn't eat it due to dietary issues. A minibar would have been greatly appreciated but is not expected for the price of the room. No issues whatsoever with the room - comfortable, minimal and clean.

Upon arriving at the hotel the reception staff were having 'banter' with a gentleman who I can only assume was a guest. The nature of their conversation was sexualised and included profanities. It was a very good stay, the hotel was very clean and the room was extremely neat and clean. Also the WIFI connection was extremely helpful and provided to be fast and seamless. Only stayed one night an arrived late so didn't get to see much of the hotel. Staff were friendly and the hotel was close to the city center.

we felt that the Ibis in Central Belfast was great value for money. The reception staff were very friendly and so helpful. We had continental breakfast. On the sunday morning it was very sloppy, some staff had very poor english. the tea bags ran out, no teaspoons, mess of milk and tea around the mugs didn't get wiped up. asking for tea bags etc was […] difficult as kitchen staff didn't appear. overall though we thought the Ibis great value for money and very comfortable. clean, simple and easy, cheap to book and central to city. only issue was the cold in room, apparently the heating system is not in winter mode yet and can't be changed? I tried to use my aircon unit to heat the room but it only blows cold. however i would stay here again as it's cheap.

The hotel was very nicely laid out and the room was great. The hotel is near the downtown area and you can easily walk to the major sites except the Titantic sites which are across the river. The businesses in the area tend to close early and I would recommend doing any shopping or sightseeing early!

Just what you need if you like things to work smooth and no silly fuss. Rooms are small and functional. Staff nice. Cont. breakfast starts at 4 am!!! Nice if you are running out early for a flight like me. Recommended!!!
