"Clean, comfortable, and good value, but far!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 7, 2012
Staff were lovely, and the place overall was spotless. Breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful, and the hours during which it was served were reasonable. My single room had a sink, television, dresser, nightstand, and plenty of outlets. Noise from the road was minimal. However, the shared bathroom was abused by other guests (shower broken because they couldn't figure out how to use it), and the hallway floors in a building of that age are quite creaky. Doors are rather thin, as well. Well-served to the city center by the 9A/B/C bus, but rather a long hike on foot. Tesco superstore a 10 minute walk south, various convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
"Very, very warm, charming place"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 6, 2012
We had a great time! the house is very nice, clean, big spaces and confortable. The people at the hotel are very warm, helped us, gave us many advises, were very kind and warm with us, as if we were family. We appreciated that very much. The house is a couple minutes walk from the bus station, a very convenient location.
"A wonderful escape from urban life!"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 10, 2012
Keef Halla was warm and friendly, and Charlie was so helpful. He even gave my sister and I a lift into a nearby village for dinner. This was a wonderful stay and ended our Ireland trip nicely, as it was only minutes away from the International Airport. Thank you Hotels.com for finding this place for us!
"Nice"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Oct 2, 2012
The place was clean, close to the areas I wanted to visit. The service was excellent. The room was nicely done. The price was awsome. The restaurant was first class. I would stay there again.
"Great view, great service"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 22, 2012
Lovely hotel, clean comfortable rooms Excellent view of Irish Sea across the street.Stephen was an exceptional host, helpful and knowledgable. Food was good, not great and Sam was a nice waiter who needs to be schooled in wine. Coming from Dublin it was a great stop on the way to Giant's Causeway.
"If I wanted a camo bed I'd of gone camping!!!"
Arrived to find hotel and overbooked on twin room's. Offered a double room with an extra bed to be delivered later. Turned out to be a pop up bed long enough for somebody of circa 5ft not 6ft. Nit a good sleeping experience.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Not your fault"
Everything about the hotel was absolutely fine but to be woken at 4am on a Wednesday morning by VERY loud music from a neighbouring flat, that went on for an hour, was awful. I appreciate that this was not the hotel's fault but it would make me think twice about staying there again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"ALWAYS STAY HERE IN BELFAST"
Any time I stay in Belfast for concerts etc, i ONLY ever stay in this particular Ibis.....central location (2 minute walk from main bus/train station and 2 minutes from city centre).....staff always sort any problems with minimum of fuss and excellent service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good Budget Hotel"
The staff that were working were very good but they were run off their feet, we felt that management need to employ more staff. The reception area was not very obvious when we first arrived as it was right next to the bar and eating area did not see any signs indicating the reception area. There was a strong smell of smoke due to people standing smoking […] just outside the main entrance. The room was very clean and of a good size. (twin). Although the door into the room was very hard to open being very heavy. No view from the window looked like we looked into an apartment block. Heard a lot of doors closing late at night and early in the morning. Close to the city centre and bus station we could walk to both easy even in the Belfast wet weather. Overall good for a budget hotel, I hope the management put on more staff and make the reception area more clearer. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Clean and central"
The hotel was clean, comfortable and very central to the main attractions of Belfast. Unfortunately it was raining on our stay so we spent more time in the hotel than planned but it was great. About a 15min walk from the main train station and just over 5 mins to the bus station to get to the airport. The room was also very quiet with a nice bar downstairs. "Central Location, Very secure"
Rooms were fine, recommended car park is across the road with a reduced rate for hotel guests. Hotel is quite secure with security on the door, and a key card needed 3 times before getting to our room. Nothing spectacular, but hotel was as i expected.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Location is excellent. Not suitable for children because they give you a camp bed that is poor quality and squeaks when any movements occur. We ended up putting matress on floor instead.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Clean modern hotel"
Pretty basic rooms but ultra clean and stylish. modern showers but fairly small. Misleading internet which not only requires registration, it gives the impression that £5 buys you 24 hours use which can be spread over 30 days but this did not turn out to be the case, you use the 24 hours within a single day. Overall brillian modern hotel, shame about […] the location to the north of the ciry, not very pleasant round there Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

The room allocated to me was not made up when I entered, the cleaning lady when to reception and got a new room allocated to me, she was very helpful. This was a great hotel with free car parking facilities just on the City Walls in the centre of Derry. "Close to city centre"
The room was clean and spacious. City centre and all the shopping is in the walkable distance. The only problem we had was the Air condition was not working. We had the same problem in IBIS London city hotel. When we asked them to fix it, they said they'll send a tecnician to fix it, who never turned up. We made several calls to the reception but nobody […] lifted the phone. We had to sleep in a roasting room. In IBIS London city hotel when we had the same problem, they atleat provided us a fan. I would never recommend you to book this hotel in summer months. Other than this the location of the hotel is quite good..there is a parking complex which chrges 6 pounds for 24 hrs parking for IBIS customers. City centre is 3 mins walk, Titanic exhibition is about 30 mins walk. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Close to main shopping area, within walking distance of cinema. Hotel was clean, staff helpful and the price was good. I had to park my car overnight which was more than quarter the price of the room. Overall would recommend the hotel to friends.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Ibis - a bit dodgy, but ok for two nights."
This Ibis is in a bit of a dodgy neighbourhood - it's down the street from a line of other chain hotels, sort of in an intersection, but it ended up being suitable for the two nights we stayed. We liked that the location was walking distance to many attractions, the compact rooms and kind staff. Also, the hotel is across the street from a taxi stand, […] so there was never a problem securing a taxi. The hotel is close to the Crown, Victoria Square and restaurants and pubs. The downside was the hard beds and slightly intimidating neighbourhood. We walked around at night, and didn't have any problems. Recommended for a budget stay in Belfast. "Clean, quiet and comfortable value."
My fifth floor room was quiet and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast could have been better - sausages a bit overdone - but it was plentiful and was available till lunchtime (cold food and toast at least), so offered excellent value for money.Genuine Expedia guest review
Room was cold during the night, breakfast was less than satisfactory, food was only not hot just about warm.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Belfast Ibis"
Did exactly what it said, in that it was a great place to stay for the time we were there. The staff were excellent, but you must remember the "Irish Element", as I put my car in the car park opposite, as instructed, but it should have been in the one just around the corner.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel - convenient & comfortable"
Great location about 3 blocks from city centre and easy to get to from airport in a car. Convenient, cheap and close parking in a parking complex. The room was nice and tidy and included everything we needed. "Cheap & Cheerful in the Centre of Town"
The best part of this hotel has to be location. It is 5 mins from Donegal SQ, 5 mins from the main shopping st, and 5 mins from Europa Bus station and the great pubs like the Crown and Robinsons. It is also right on the edge of Falls Rd containing the murals from the troubles, but the best way to see this if defiantly the excellent Taxi Trax tour. The […] office is also located just over the road. The rooms are very basic but all you need really. The bathroom is very bizarre, like something out of a high tech caravan. But it is everything you need for exploring the city on a budget. You have to pay for WIFI which is annoying! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Whilst very happy with the hotel and the special nightly rates you have I was very disappointed with breakfast. The food was cold and even as early as 8.00 am I was unable to get a full breakfast .
