I thought the hotel was really nice and clean. I was a bit disappointed that we had to pay extra for breakfast, but the food was good. It was annoying that I helped myself to the buffet and was done eating before the staff told me I could order french toast or an omelette, etc. I would have, but I was already full.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great stay for a romantic night away!"
Everything was great, no complaints! There was one thing odd however, the bathroom didn't have a vent fan. Don't get me wrong this IS the best hotel I have ever stayed in EXCEPT the Hilton in Chicago and since its the same company I don't think that matters much. I looked all over for that vent fan though and couldn't find it. O well, the room was clean […] as was the rest of the hotel. The services were numerable and mostly free or at least cheap! I wish the pool was 24/7 because I didn't get there until 10:30 and could have used a dip. All in all though I can't stress how amazing my stay was. I had to leave late at night to buy some medicine and the man at the desk provided great directions to the local wal-mart. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only thing regarding cleanliness, was that we found a raisin and pen cap on the floor, the vacuum must have missed! A little hard to regulate temp in the room. Workout room and pool are limited....think they were working on the hot tub. We did not eat in the restaurant, nice to have the little snack shop. "Clean, new hotels with most uncomfortable beds"
Hotel is new and very up to date. Room was large with lots of empty space. Bed was supposed to be adjustable but was not. Hard as the floor, with a thin covering. Neither of us ever got to sleep more than an hour at a time. AND then the hotel added a charge to my credit card after we left with no explanation. Never stay at this hotel brand again. "clean and friendly"
The hotel was clean an the staff was very friendly, however the beds were rock hard and extremely uncomfortable, the pillows deflate to paper thin. All of this combined to make it absolutely terrible for sleep but nice other than sleep which is a major part of staying in a hotel. We stayed at the hotel before and after visiting Kings Island. The hotel was very nice and really clean. We ordered a late night snack and the bar and the service was great. My only negative is that the room only came with two towels. We prefer four bath towels.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The staff was terrible, noisy and rude. As I was trying to sleep one house keeping staff member let the door slam against the door lock that woke me up, when I complained she said she had so much time to get the job done. Worst stay ever.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Over all the hotel location is convience, clean , pleasant . The front desk staffs were friendly. Though, the house keeping department needs to pay more attention to details,, dueling our entire stays , we didnt have the complete sets of towel, or missing floor mat, untidy counter top. "Very nice hotel other than the adjustable beds"
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. In the middle of the night, after not sleeping because of the uncomfortable bed, we realized that the bed had a dial to adjust the firmness of the mattress. The dial was hidden under the fitted sheet and then under a patch of material. When passing by the front desk the next morning, we noticed a sign that indicated […] the beds in the rooms were adjustable, however, that sign was not visible to us upon check-in. "Suitable for 1 or 2 night stay"
We had a brief stay here during the holidays and overall it met our needs. There were some pros and cons to our stay. Pros: it was affordable (got a really good deal on hotels.com), clean, and had all the amenities we needed-decent gym and swimming pool, food pantry, computer room. Cons: the lack of service and courtesy. There were maybe 10-15 guests […] in the hotel and we did not receive the best quality service from the concierge. Also, we asked for a 30 minute extension on checkout and the front desk guy refused and instead told us that we would be charged extra if we didn't leave on time! Checked-In late Saturday night. Guest service rep was friendly but not honest. Got to room and it was a handicapped room. Would normally not bother me but there was no tub..at all! Called front desk and after being put on hold a couple times the rep said they had no other rooms and because I didn't book on the company website they couldn't guarantee […] the room I booked. He apologized and said someone would come up with two vouchers for breakfast, which we never got. We also heard a humming sound all night and found out it was the ice machine which was right behind the wall. I liked this hotel. It was super close (5 mins) away from Kings Island. There was plenty to eat around here and there is a walmart not too far away either. The only thing was that the stopper in the bath tub kept closing while i was showering. It's one of those little things that annoyed me but otherwise i liked the hotel.
