Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel & Casino

This Hotel is a great property, Chic and elegant. The property has three awesome restrurants on property. I was placed next to the guest elevator which was extremely noisy.and the Hotel is in a remote location that requires a cab for most adventures. Aside from the forementioned it was a good stay.

My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary here. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful. We stayed for one week. There was an annual pool party the night before we left, we went and had a ball. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Puerto Rico.

hot tub did not work and manager kept saying it was. i was sitting in cold water and think i know a working hot tub. towels were everywhere and pool area was not cleaned. the casino does not have a poker table and everything was overpriced.

The hotel is very pleasing to the eye. The rooms and property are modern and well kept. The pool is very small, and lacked any caribbean flare. This hotel is very nice for couples and young people, not a hotel for kids. make sure you bring extra cash because the bars pricey. The outside the hotel takes you to Bus#21old san juan Bus#53 goes to Condao But make sure you ask the bus driver if there going to the that location. But other than this hotelis very amazing.

I totally enjoyed the hotel and all of it's amenities, but the shops and stores were a bit pricey! This hotel was also far from all the fun and sight seeing attractions. You will have to take a taxi to almost everywhere.. The taxi's charge what ever they feel like charging!

Hotel needs to be maintained better. The pool was gross and in need of cleaning, The room carpet was also gross and in need of cleaning. The location was next to an abandoned development with a lot of rusted out beams and stagnant water (great accomodations for misquitos).

Love the hotel (amenities) no need to leave the hotel for entertainment. Live band performing that evening was great!!! The staff were very helpful, the only thing I had a problem with was the sheer drapes in the room. The next morning was impossible to sleep in due to the sunlight shining in our face :(

We give the high marks to the friendly, smiling hotel staff -- without exception, they helped to brighten our stay. It IS a great hotel. Great location when we do business. The pool and pool area are very nice, spacious and with a great view, but it closes at 8pm...too early! We had two double beds; one very comfortable and the other seemed old. It was noisy and the mattress was hard. The check-in process is always slow, even when we do everything on-line before […] hand. Pool is there , just there ... server served burnt kids pizza n then made a racket about a tip not being enough 33 dollars tab and a seven dollar tip room service does you a favor too an omelette without condiments or promised slices of toast waffles without promised whipped cream , served in a cracked almost teetering tray , a forty dollar tab , got […] a ten dollar tip . they actually charged for the breakfast . it is close to the convention center ,would have been great if I was on a convention based business trip, not with two kids , they offered a third night free deal only because they gave us a room overlooking the pool where a huge gala event with loud music was planned a year ago , nobody slept that night Coz a dj played loud music until 3.30 am beware when a hotel promises you a deal , mornings free , really. After our travel agent messed up our flights, we unexpectedly had to spend the night in San Juan... And had no luggage! So, at 10pm when we finally found a room, we took a taxi to the Sheraton. We were totally exhausted as we had been traveling for almost 24 hrs at this point trying to get home. The staff assisted us by collecting toiletries as we didn't […] even have a toothbrush, the gift shop staff found more items for us also just to get through the evening. ( yes the gift shop was silly expensive too!). The room was super clean and comfortable. But it was the front desk staff that made our quick stay restful after our day of travel nightmares. Had some challenges at check in staff at the Front Desk was nice but a little bit rude. The room was just a mess, it had rests of food all over, windows were dirty and tub didn´t drain, which made our stay really inconvenient, we reported it, but nothing got done... I would stay there for a single night, but look for other hotels on the area...

Was charged $50.00 for damage done to room which did not happen. Noticed in morning when bedspread was pulled down, it looked like someone had spilled coffee on quilt. we reserved a King, and got stuck with a double, real nice for a married couple, we were to have a deluxe bay view, got stuck with a small corner view and a great view of bankrupt parking garage. front desk did not want to deal with it, they do not have a go green program. the valets were good.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel/resort a total of 6 nights. This was actually our last choice but due to the season in which we were traveling to Puerto Rico and our last minute plans all the suites at hotels along the beach were booked. Nevertheless we ended up at this beautiful Sheraton Resort where the staff from the front desk, to the room […] service, to the dealers at the casino provided exceptional service. The pool including the bar and grill were outstanding always stocked with plenty of towels. And might I add the food throughout this resort was amazing I ordered room service and had perfectly cooked cedar salmon, the crab cakes at the lobby lounge, mahi mahi tacos at the pool bar just to name a few. But defitnitly check out Texas de Brazil and Choices the food was amazing as well. There's always something to do here also, the fitness center in the the morning, pool and grill in the after noon, lobby lounge for a few drinks and a quick appetizer, Texas de Brazil or Choices for Dinner, and the the casino until the morning lol...but this was our schedule 2 of the 6 days we were here. Taxis were always available for our covience. This turned out to be a great place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone who does not want to stay on the beach. Read more
