The hotel was surprising satisfactory considering the location. Had no airport noise, the bed was quite comfortable and the staff is very attentive. As with most hotels in India, there was a "damp smell" (note, I'm staying at the moment in the very expensive Crowne Plaza in Gurgaon and the damp smell is much, much worse here).

We reserved the room for a overnight stay while waiting for a continuing flight to our final destination. The hotel made arrangements for us to be picked up and then returned to the airport. The room was clean, the staff was attentive to our needs. I would not hesitate staying again.

This hotel is rated a 4, but it is much closer to a 3. The room and property were decent, but not 4 quality. The wall paper was coming off the wall in certain spots. You could see into the A/C vents, and see how dirty they were. We chose this hotel because it was only 10 minutes from Delhi international airport for our flight home. Upon arrival at the hotel the whole of the from garden area was being replaced and there were three large trucks and a large pile of sand to greet us. Inside the hotel the décor could do with a little TLC and is getting a little frayed at the edges. […] The room was of a decent size, with one of the most conformable king size memory foam beds we have slept in for a long time. The bathroom had a great shower with good water pressure, but the fittings were starting to fall apart. The restaurant; same menu as room service, but not all things can be ordered at all times (you only find this out if you try to order) - however, we had one of the best dinners in any of the hotels we have stayed in in India at this hotel. The taxi from the hotel to the airport was too expensive given that i had got a taxi (3 wheeler) from, the train station to the hotel for a cheaper cost. other than that issue the hotel rooms were very good, the food and drink was excellent, i would stay again

Considering most of India is in terrible poverty, this hotel was like a breath of fresh air and quite posh compared to places we had been staying. The rooms are large and well kept. Quite fancy. We were way overcharged for a taxi to the airport, but oh well. Everyone is always trying to make a buck off tourists.

I decided to "splurge" by staying here on my last night in india. I had a 21 hour layover in Delhi, so I wanted a comfortable hotel that was close to the airport. Despite being only "2km" from the airport, to get there it cost 250 rupees via the government taxi and took 30 minutes due to the roundabout way needed to get there. The deluxe double room […] was indeed comfy and luxurious, but the hotel staff was indifferent and unhelpful when all I wanted to do was find a place outside of the hotel to eat. They said to go anywhere I'd need to pay for a 900 rupee taxi!!!! The taxi back to the airport cost 450 rupees. I spent 5 months in India and this was the most I've ever paid for a taxi. Next time I would just take the metro and stay in a cheaper hotel. Read more

Their photos look much better than the actual place. Distance from the airport is misleading, as although you can see the airport from the hotel, the taxi ride to and from can take a while, and is expensive. Items from a previous guest still in one of the drawers, and dust bunnies abound in the corners. Internet access is disappointing, as it is only […] wireless, restricted to a laptop only, and if you don't have a working mobile to receive an access code, then your out of luck. Het hotel is gekozen om zijn gunstige ligging t.o.v. het vliegveld. Deze keuze van hotel voldeed in die zin aan onze verwachting. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Voor een ontbijt kun je beter ergens anders heen.

空港から結構離れていてタクシーで450ルピーかかる。車がないとどこにも行けない場所で、周りは歩ける環境ではない。レストランも見かけはOKだが、メニューが貧弱である。ただ、スタッフは全て感じが良かった。シャワーのお湯がほのかにあたたかい程度でほとんど水のようであった。
