No towel, no wastebasket, no hangers to hang clothers in the room, no phone, a single tiny soap on demand- in the name of a hotel, this was a joke. So, what was it? A bare room with a bathroom. I was on the third floor, and it seemed like climbing six stories. It was so discouraging that I skipped my dinner as I was tired and didn't want to go down and climb the stairs. I booked delux room but it was ridiculously small and water was not hot... breakfast was way too simple..btw be careful with Delhi airport taxis.. I prepaid but some dodge people loaded me in a car and a random guy joined and I was scared like hell....

This is a great place for overnighting between flights in and out of the Delhi airport. It is about 10 minutes from the airport and a decent price. The only thing overpriced is the pickup charge for your 10 minute ride to the hotel (it's more than an hour's prepaid taxi ride to the middle of Delhi). This hotel is absurdly cheap, close to Delhi airport if your cab driver knows which alleys to take, and absolutely awful otherwise. Rooms are dirty, bed and linen are hand-me-downs, and don't look as if they will survive if washed. Bathrooms are stinking dirty, hot water barely there, constantly dripping and wet. I loved my stay here! I was there for nine nights. I felt comfortable, safe, & looked after. I was treated like family & it felt like home. It was the best choice as far as a place to stay in Delhi that I could have made. I was impressed by how friendly & welcoming the staff here was. The room had what I needed. There was hot water, wifi, air conditioning […] (although I did not need it in the winter), a comfortable bed, a television with a lot of channels, and receiving calls in my room was free. If I needed anything, the staff would give it to me. You can order food in the lobby for a reasonable price. I ate there sometimes and was satisfied. The hotel has drivers that will take you anywhere for a good price. I took a day trip to Agra and it was well worth it. I also shared a car with a couple and saw the sights of Delhi for a cheap price. The owners were very nice & helpful, as were the staff. I really liked them and will miss seeing them every day. I got attached to them and the place. They really work hard to make the guests have a great experience. They do a very good job. I'm a single woman who was alone in Delhi, but I didn't feel alone staying at this hotel. I felt like a valued and special guest. I would recommend this hotel to all kinds of travelers. This hotel is situated in 10-15 minutes ride by taxi (prepaid black-yellow taxi took 180 rps) from Indira Gandi Airport, which is very suitable if you have a late arrive or an early departure, for example. It's clean and quite and has a free wi-fi with the speed ~0.45 Mbps. Service is good; everybody was polite and helpful.

Sure, for the price and fact that it is rated as a two star hotel in Delhi, I didn't expect much. But my experience was worse than I expected. I booked a cheap room for my one night transit stay in Delhi thinking how bad can it be. First of all, the taxi driver at the airport had never heard of the hotel and even after I showed him the location on the […] map, it took some time to find it. Once we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, so the bellhop helped me carry my luggage three flights of stairs. I found the bare floor tiled rooms in very bad condition. The air in the room was damp and smelly, the towels looked dirty and wet, the power outlets and light switches were hanging outside with power lines exposed. The TV didn't work well and only had off air channels with very weak signal, although WIFI access in the room was free and very fast. I do not recommend this hotel even for a one night transit stay. Tiny little room, shower didn't work, though there was hot water. Very convenient to the airport, but that's all it's good for. No window, which we absolutely hate. Breakfast was a joke, advertised coffee and tea maker is a shared thing in the lobby. Mind you, there's no room for it in the room. And our room was a super deluxe !!!

Close to the airport, good value for money and clean. Rooms basic but spacious with private bathroom and western toilet and staff were friendly and helpful. Wouldnt stay here if visiting Delhi as it's quite a long way to the centre (at least a half hour drive) and there isn't much else in the area but great for airport stopovers.

If you want a hotel near the airport, this is it. Hot shower, air-con... etc. Pre-paid taxi from the airport to this hotel is Rs200. Our friends who took a regular taxi were driven to no where before they got to the hotel. Their bill was Rs 600. Be careful.

Booked this hotel for one night as we had an early international flight. The hotel is in a side street. It is only about 15 minutes drive from the airport. Taxi arranged via hotel to the airport cost RS200. We had an economy room on the 1st floor. The room was small. It did not have any storage space for clothes.There were no windows to the room. Good service & comfort at the Eurostar - compared with some of the frightful places I've had to stay in Asia (and the UK!!) this is perfectly nice. Clean enough, good beds, clean, safe bathrooms & excellent staff. Very good vegetarian food.
