Im not comportable staying rodeway inn hotel there is no heater its very cold we can't sleep and we cant take shower the sink clogged it looks tidy the breakfast its not good so we cannot refer to somebody

Stayed there simply because it is convenient. The neighborhood is really nice and the hotel is close to Baltimore Soundstage. Would stay there again. Don't expect anything fancy, gets the job done if you're only staying for 1 night.

Me and my fiance found a mouse dropping in the bed! We took pictures and showed the person running the front desk. They came to the room looked at it and said it was lent. Saying the hotel was exterminated the previous week and the sheets were fresh from that morning! Worst stay ever!1

Here's the deal: the hotel is in an INCREDIBLE location, you are on street off the main drag where all the restaurants, bars and shops are. Totally safe. The hotel doesn't have parking or even a loading zone, I can't believe they haven't worked that out with the city - so you have to carry your bags from where you park. There are several lots nearby, […] less than 2 blocks that are well lit and safe to leave your car at. The price is great. The rooms are TINY, but if you are only planning to sleep there it will be just fine. The mattress was horrible uncomfortable and the linens were threadbare and the pillows had no shape. The hotel really should replace them. The bathroom was tiny and there was black mold in the tile behind the sink. Such an easy fix with minimal upkeep. Oh the continental breakfast leaves A LOT to be desired, a couple bagels or a bowl of cereal is your choice. The verdict, if you are on a budget and looking for cheap in a great location stay here, be prepared to shell out $20 a night for parking. If the hotel reads this, I hope they see that they have a what could be a charming boutique hotel if they just did some minor upkeep and they could easily get about $15 a night more to offset the improvements. The staff was extremely friendly and the location of the Rodeway Inn is great (especially when you arrive at Penn Station like I did). The free shuttle bus to Inner Harbor stops right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. However, there are a few things I found a little unpleasant. Well placed for visiting museums and to get to Harbor, this hotel is convenient but old and shabby. They cleaned the rooms OK and I was warm but paint work was old and damaged. Considering the location, it was a good deal. It's an older building, and the rooms show its age. But it's only 2 blocks from Peabody Conservatory, and an easy walk down to the Inner Harbor. The Connector bus runs right past the hotel as well. I was able to park 2 blocks away in the Baltimore Sun parking garage for $20 total for my 3 night stay.

Would not recommend to anyone. I never had to check out of a hotel early in my life, this was the first. There is no climate control in the room. It was a hot and humid day, the room was a furnace. I asked at the desk, they said that the a/c is off for the season and I should open the window which did not open. There is no elevator in the building. […] Only 2 out of the 5 room lights worked. I got stuck in the restroom 3 times and had to body slam the door open. Bolt latch on room door did not latch. I had a three night stay, left after one night and went to another hotel. I chose this hotel just because it is close to my daughter's school. But I feel very disappointed in this hotel. It is not clean and smelly. Also it is noisy and there is no parking. I don't recommend it at all. And it is not cheap at all.

The building now occupied by Rodeway Inn was built in 1860. While the hotel is not a 4-star place, one can enjoy the quaint architecture. My showerhead was less than good, but that did not spoil my stay. If you appreciate old buildings, stay here!

The towels were half the size of a bath towel and they were so worn you could see through them in places. The continental breakfast boast of waffles and bagels but there were never any there. When I arrived there was no room for me and I was taken to another sister hotel miles from where I booked a room. Location of the hotel is very good. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel. This bus is a free circular bus that goes around city (very useful). But the hotel building was a bit uncomfortable. My room was located in 4th floor and there was no elevator. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay... They offer free breakfast :)

I was in Baltimore for a 5 day conference that would take up most of my time. Rather than drop the money on a room where the conference was held, I opted to stay about a 1 mile walk away. The hotel is in the very safe and historic Mt. Vernon district of Baltimore. It felt safe enough that I was comfortable running in the neighborhood by myself at night. The […] room itself was older and clean. The cleaning person severely overdid it with the orange deodorizing spray to the point that I had to open the window. This was a problem, because the window would not stay open. I used the hotel's ironing board to prop the window. While propping the window open, I noticed that the lock on the window was broken. Since the room was on the second floor, I was not overly concerned, but I did wedge the same ironing board in the window to keep it locked when I left in the morning. There was no thermostat in the room and the room was extremely hot. Conversely, the water in the hotel room was cold in the shower for about 10 minutes, at which point in becomes scaldingly hot. There is no parking, only on the street, however, the neighborhood is great! The people are nice and friendly. As a native Baltimore girl, I loved the area and the ambiance of the older hotel. ONly down fall was no hot water, wasnt ice, but wasnt what I liked anyway. Service was great. Hotel was amazing. Can't beat the price!
