The hotel was just fine. It is fairly new and in an undeveloped (as yet) part of town but just off of I-75. You have to go a few miles into town or an exit or two either way to get to restaurants and entertainment. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, nice lobby, only a mediocre 'breakfast' but edible. I'd recommend it.

Would appreciate knowing we are being placed in handicap room prior to getting all our baggage up there. Note to self for future hotel visits. The shower was a tub with bars and seat which we did not need and cramped the shower space. Otherwise room was good. Refrigerator falling out of its space. Nice exercise room.

When we checked in our keys didn't work . Then we started to get unpacked and our room was ditry . We then had to repack and move to a new room , the keys didn't work again . Then on our second day we came back to our room and as we decided to relax and have a beverage our glasses were dirty . We never got new coffee cups for morning coffee . The staff at check in was helpful and friendly, The room was quite large and would work real nicely for at least two. Everything in the room was clean. The sectional couch was a little shabby looking but still very pleasent. The bed and pillows were good.

Hyatt Place at the Forum was a very nice facility. Everything that you would expect from a Hyatt brand - very comfortable, clean, modern facility. Right off highway 75 and perfect if you just need a comfortable rest. Bed was comfy like most Hyatts we stay at and being the big reason we picked a Hyatt for this night so we could get a good nights rest.

From the courteous staff to exceptionally clean and neat rooms, our stay was fantastic. The hotel is close to shopping centers and located in a nice area. The breakfast is the best that I've ever had at any hotel I've stayed at previously. I give this hotel two thumbs up!

Hotel is new and in a great location. Central to everything and close to shopping center. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. The only thing missing is a jacuzzi but overall it wouldn't stop me from renting here again. Staff was very friendly.

Overall our visit was ok....We called the front desk because the desk chair was broken and we wanted the chair exchange and they did not have any available. The young lady that checked us out was very pleasant and sweet.
