Seacloud Hotel - Busan

excellent hotel in a great location. Shower drain and fridge weren't working well, but the service staff was on it in minutes. The only problems, wi-fi was not avaiable and internet cost money, and we were charged 25 cents checking out for phone charges, and the staff was the users of the room phone.

Nice view of Hyundae Beach and ocean from our window on the 14th floor. Beautiful room - the bed was firm, but not hard. Very clean and modern. Two small inconveniences: we had to climb into a small high bath tub to take a shower (which was impossible for my elderly parents) and watch your step going into the room - there is a small entry area to the […] room and then ONE STEP UP. This is very common in Korean hotel rooms (the lower part is where you take off your shoes). Only stayed one night. The hotel is modern and clean. Did not eat at the hotel, plenty of restaurants around. All in all, a good expeience. recommended.

Very good, convenient location near Haeundae Beach (across the street). Very spacious room with kitchen; parkett floor. PC in room. Friendly young staff with sufficient English speaking abilities. I would recommend this hotel as comfortable, clean basis for a stay in Busan with good standards just below Novotel class hotels for a reasonable price. Very quick service at check-in/-out. Spacious rooms with all essentials like a small apartment. Kitchen installed; use on request. Glass walls for toilet and shower; modern design of handwash basin, but somewhat impractical: easy splash water overflow to the floor. 막연히 처음 가 보는 부산 여행이라, 가장 많이 들어 본 해운대와 가까운 호텔을 골랐어요. 그저 거리만 보고 골랐던 건데, 생각보다 정말- 좋았습니다. 한화 콘도..이런 곳보다 시설도 훨씬 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 나무 바닥인 점도 저는 마음에 들었구요. 그리고 객실의 크기도 더블룸인 걸 고려하면 넓습니다. 황송할 정도로 넓었어요...ㅎㅎ 또... 해운대 해수욕장에서 1~2분 정도의 거리에 위치하고, 객실 한 측면이 100% 유리창으로 되어 있어서, 전망도 좋았습니다. (다만...얄미운 노보텔...ㅎㅎㅎㅎ) 다시 부산에 가게 된다면, 꼭 한 번 다시 가고 싶은 호텔이었습니다.^^

Very suitable for vacation, location practically next to Haeundae Beach. Large room size, possibility to use kitchen. Modern, simple, clean.

I don't understand why the hotel cannot do the check-in service beofre 2:00PM even I thought they have many empty rooms available. We have early flight to arrive in Busan from HK (direct flights both KA or Busan airline have arrived there about 7:00AM). We arrived in the hotel at 8:30AM and the hotel people repeated 3 times as a machine said "Only Check-in […] at 2:00PM; or should pay full-room rate for one more day if the guests want to check-in before 2:00PM. It is crazy policy! We flet tired but must waited in the lobby for 4 hours until 12:00PM when the outside resturants were opened to having lunch and then come back at 2:00PM to do check-in the room. I met other HK people in Nampo-dong, they said their hotels allowed them to check-in earlier. Except this, the hotel swimming pool was closed. The hotel people said the swimming pool will be opened after June 17 (only open at seasonally). I booked this hotel major reason they offer with swimming pool but we cannot use it during our stay. I thought I paid much more than the hotel value other than Sunset hotel which is same location, not swimming pool but much cheaper! Please double check to the hotel and the agent to make sure the swimming pool is available before do the hotel booking. Read more

◯値段の割に部屋も広くコストパフォーマンスがよい。空港リムジンバスが道路向かいのノボテルに停まるので、空港から/へのアクセスも便利だし、駅(地下鉄＆鉄道)もそれほど遠くない(徒歩5～10分程度)。 ◯フロントは多少日本語が通じる(自分は英語でやりとりしたが)。日本語がわからなくても、わかる人間を呼んでくれるようだった。 ◯朝食ビュッフェの質は可もなく不可もなし。 ◯泊まった部屋がシャワーブースだったのでバスタブ付きの部屋があるかは不明。もしバスタブ必須なら事前に問い合わせた方がよいかもしれない。 ◯エアコンのコントローラにハングルの記載しかなく、いろいろいじったものの「止め方」がわからなかった。

2010年12月29日～2011年1月2日宿泊。今回で3回目。道路が交差しているあたりなので、海・パラダイス免税店・市場・海雲台駅などに徒歩で行くのに良い立地条件です。１Ｆにセブンイレブンがあり飲み物・スナックなど買えるのも便利。韓国人用にできているためか室内は靴を脱いで入るフローリングで、日本人にとっても快適です。冬はオンドルがうれしい。金庫・電気ポット・ＩＨ調理器・食器もありました。バスルームは前に宿泊した時は シャワールームだったのにバスタブが置かれていました。（かなり小さいので身体をのばして入れるのは子どもだけかとは思いますが）。全体的には清潔で快適に過ごせました。
