Staff could not be more accommodating. Due to a mix up on my end with reservation, staff was very accommodating and helped immensely. They were extremely helpful. Room was nice, nothing special but clean with nice amenities. Could use free toothbrush/comb as part of bath supplies. Restaurant was very nice. Business center, extremely helpful. Staff were fluent in English and very knowledgeable about things to do in Seoul.

Very nice, comfortable room, and an incredible price for the location. The rooms have hardwood floors which I do not like because they feel dirty, the bathroom has a strange shower set up, and the bed sheet had a small blood stain on it by the pillow. However, overall it was well work the sub $60 price I paid. Located close to Seoul Station and there's a Kraze Burger downstairs!

Located to the south of the city centre and near a US military base, Itaewon is sometimes referred to as Little America. 大きくて古いホテルです。フィットネス，プール，サウナ，スポーツマッサージなど一通り設備は整っています。古さが気にならない方は大丈夫と思います。しかしながら設備利用には全て支払いが個別に発生します。 またインターネットが有料です。 エクスペディアでは全て前払いなので、チェックアウト時それらの清算をする必要があります。明細を記載しない領収書は発行頂けませんでした。ビジネスで利用するには不適と思われます。Genuine Expedia guest review

휴일에 1박을 했는데, 이태원 역까지 걸어가려면 15분 걸려요. 해밀턴 호텔에 비해서 위치는 좋지 않지만 조용하고 시트가 깨끗해서 좋았어요. 벽에 곰팡이 자국같은게 있긴 하지만 아주 더럽다고 생각되지 않았고 화장실도 쓸만합니다. 로비 직원들도 친절하고 외국인이 많아서 외국에 온 것같은 느낌이 들어요. 사용하기 좋습니다.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"ハウスキーピングの質の悪さ！！"
夕方チェックインをして部屋でくつろいでいると、何やらドアをノック（数回）とベルを鳴らされ、外のぞき窓から見るとホテルスタッフと思われる男性と女性ハウスキーパー2名がいた。私は用が無いため開けずにいたが、何回か叩かれた。去った後ドアを開けて見ると男性は他の部屋に入った。またハウスキーパーは申し訳なさそうに頭を下げている。後で電話が来て「お部屋を間違えすみません」と。はぁ～！！ もううるさいので滞在中は「起こさないで下さい」のマークを外にかえていたがまた2日目の夜ハウスキーパーがベルを鳴らしドアをけたたましく叩き自分で開けてしまった。最終日も12時チェックアウトまで部屋でくつろいでいるためマークをかけていたが、ドアを叩きベルを鳴らし自分で開けてしまった。「マークがあるではないか・・」と言うと頭を […] 下げていた。何のための「起こさないで下さいマーク」なのか！！怒り最高潮です。久しぶりの夫婦の旅なのに！ Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
