A bit costly and for the price it would have been nice to have complementary coffee in the lobby as well as at minimum a continental breakfast. First of all, I love the smell of bleach on the sheets and pillow cases. That lets me know that they are using the right products to clean with. "Nice hotel surprisingly close to East Nashville"

We like to relax in an indoor pool after a long day of adventure. This particular pool was much too cold. We like a continental breakfast, if even as simple as a muffin and coffee. I am so sorry that you had a few inconveniences during your stay. I noticed that you felt the pool was way too cold. We keep the indoor pool set at a constant 83 degrees which is what is recommended by our pool company. There is a computer that regulates the air temperature and dehumidifier to keep the room at 81 degrees with a relative humidity of 49%. I am very sorry you could hear your neighbors above when they were walking across the floor. Next time we'll be sure to put you up on the fourth floor so no one is overhead. We have our GoBoard which is an interactive screen to help find area attractions and directions can be printed just by touching the screen. We also have brochures behind the front desk for anyone who needs them, but we don’t put the big racks out in the lobby. Our Bistro is open for Breakfast and Dinner, so you could've gotten a nice Starbuck’s Coffee and muffin for breakfast or even a breakfast sandwich or something from the “pan and griddle”. I hope you were able to visit the Bistro, but unfortunately breakfast is not included in the rate. We do have some packages available that include breakfast so maybe you can try one of those next time. I’m very happy you enjoyed the hotel and we hope to see you again soon. Everything was great. The employees were all friendly and I just loved the availability of having a starbucks whenever I wanted it :)... the only downfall to me was the fridge in the room. We had a few things we needed to keep cold and it was impossible due to the fridge only staying on for a maximum of 2 hours unless someone turned it on again. "Nice stay marred by alarms"
Overall I had an average stay. The hotel was clean, modern & the employees were pleasant. Unfortunately as I look back on the weekend stay, the thing that stands out the most is the alarms. When I checked in on Friday, there was a very loud alarm going off right next to the check-in station. It was on all during my wait in line (5-10 min) & during the […] entire check-in process. After a driving half the day & also dealing with rush hour traffic, it really annoyed me. My wife & I had a good nights sleep, the beds were comfortable & nice fluffy pillows. We could rest & wake up at our leisure. Well, except for the high pitched very annoying alarm that went off in the room for 30 straight seconds at around 7:45 Saturday AM. Oh well, time to eat, I guess. Breakfast was good, we had prepaid ($10/day) for breakfast & it was well worth it. Much better than a standard buffet that you get in other hotels. We went out & spent a nice day & evening in Nashville & came back to hotel to have a nice sleep before heading back home on Sunday. As, we were not pressed for time, we could sleep as long as we wanted & wake up at our leisure. Well except for the high pitched very annoying alarm that went off for approximately 30 seconds around 8AM Sunday AM....Oh well, time to eat & head home I guess. Unfortunately this nice leisurely weekend away from the the stresses of daily life was marred by those alarms & it will make me think twice about booking at this Courtyard again. My husband and I went to the Courtyard Marriott near Nashville for Valentine's weekend. It was very clean and the decor was modern and new. We liked that it was close to the interstate and not far from downtown Nashville. "Noisy heating unit"
