"Visiting family & this was close by & very nice."
Most everything was great. We were disappointed that there was no free breakfast - even tea & coffee was expensive. There weren't people available to sell tea & coffee at odd hours. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice, clean & affordable. We will go back in the future.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

It may appear that no one is available to prepare coffee or tea when the Bistro is closed, but our lobby hosts are fully trained on our Starbucks Barista machine and can make beverages anytime throughout the day. Next time, please ask any of our lobby hosts and they would be happy to make a fresh tea or Starbucks specialty drink for you.

The front desk staff was incredible both day and evening! Always greeted with a kind response...especially loved Josephine on the morning we checked in! She had a big smile and incredibly helpful! Nice somewhat modern decor in the room, everything was very clean and worked as it should. Stayed Thanksgiving weekend but still no parking issues and other guests were not too loud, I could vaguely hear the family (?) above me, but they quieted down around 9PM and it was nothing to complain about. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. There was only one problem: NOISE. This was our first time to stay in a Courtyards by Marriott. I come away thinking that this one, or maybe Courtyards in general, have engineering and architecture inferior to other hotels. We heard every sound (and there were many) from the room above […] us and next to us. The people above were moving and walking all night long but it felt like every step was a stomp. And we could hear every word of those walking down the hall all night. It was as if the door and walls and ceiling were made of cardboard. "20 minutes from downtown Nashville, but worth it."
When looking for a hotel in the Nashville area I kept seeing TONS reviews about other hotels having bedbugs. Ew. This hotel, though 20 minutes from our destination, was awesome. I am very sorry the size of the room was not what you were expecting from the pictures. I am also very sorry that the sofa bed linens were not fresh for you. Our sofa bed linens should be replaced after every use and certainly after every guest . These fresh linens are kept in a zippered bag in the lower drawer so they will be readily available for our guests. Again, I am very sorry this was not your experience. We are on our third year since opening so our sleeper sofa mattress shouldn't be worn out or dirty. I would love to have some more information on this so we can review and replace this item. The stay was very nice. Hotel very accomadating. Food in bistro was pricey, especially with much cheaper alternatives right outside the door. We stayed there 4 nights since we had meetings in the Nashville area. Cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at!! We loved the fact that it was a pet free hotel. Our room was clean and always smelled clean too! Staff was friendly and helpful. Only reason I rated service less than the max was that on Sunday we didn't leave our room until 11:30am and as a result […] our beds never got made or our towels exchanged however there were extra clean towels in the bathroom and not having the bed made wasn't a big deal.
