The stay was not a good experience. We were there for three nights, and the room was never cleaned except for the day we checked in. We had to call for clean towels, soap and coffee supplies each day.We were gone for hours and I made sure the do not disturb sign was not on the door. Traveling with 3 other adults we reserved 2 rooms. The check in was flawless and only took a few short minutes, the staff was extrememly helpful and knowledgeable about the area, the rooms were immaculate and furnished very nicely, the coffee in the beautiful lounge area was great and the relaxing areas inside and out were clean and well cared for. […] I would definetly stay there again and seek it out as a place to stay when visiting Nashville in the future! Overall the hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly. Two cons were breakfast was not included and the bed was a little firm. I would recommend the hotel and stay again if in the area.

The hotel is a convenient 15 minute drive to downtown Nashville and is very close to a mall and countless restaurants. There is a very nice indoor pool - large enough for kids to play in and adults to swim laps at the same time. There is a courtyard just outside the pool with outdoor chairs and sofas that is very well kept - like the rest of the property. […] My only complaint is that the pillows were too soft. I would have expected this to be a very nice hotel based on the impression of the Marriott name and general reputation. This appeared to be a spot for business travelers, but we were traveling with family for vacation. When I pulled the covers back to place my baby on the bed to stretch out, there were hairs everywhere under the pillows. It was obvious […] that the sheets were not changed from the previous guest. I reported this to the front desk and told them I wanted the bed changed immediately. The reply was. "I think we still have someone here who can do that." Two night stay, off peak. Hotel was clean, comfortable and centrally located, easy to find and reasonably priced. The staff was great with one exception. The cleaning service was knocking on our door before 8:00 AM. Tried to come in. We fixed that the next AM by hanging the "Do not disturb." sign. Over all, very pleasant.

The hotel was beautiful and loved my room. The only issue I had was all the drunk people in the lobby. They had 3 coolers full of beer and the empty boxes the beer came in laying all over the floor. They were loud and acting drunk and stupid in the lobby and the elevators. Great hotel, very nice, great pool, kids thought it was fancy. More of a business type of hotel but we were comfortable there with kids. We were passing through on our way south and would love to go back and spend more time there and in Nashville. Only draw back was no free breakfast but if that is not important to you then it will be a great stay.

Hotel was new and feresh, staff was freindly even when dealing with rude clients. We stopped at jack's Barbecue for a rib platter before checkling in. they are just a few exits south down the interstate. I was disappointed that dourtyard no long provides breakfast but we stopped at the waffle house at the bottom of the hill and got refueled to starrt […] our day.
