The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. The food choices of the cafe could have been better. However, they gave me a free upgrade to a spacious suite since I am a "regular customer"--I have been to this hotel a few times. The suite was very nice but their regular rooms are quite spacious and pleasant as well.

I booked the room thru hotels.com and requested the Non Smoking room 3 months in advance. I explained that I have allergies but ONLY got the response that nothing else was available. If they had notified even by email, I would have gone for another hotel. its the worst hotel experience for me.

Very nice casino and hotel next to the ferry terminal. The only problem we had was that most of the staff did not speak any English. The hotel manager was the only one who spoke well enough to communicate.

This is a very clean hotel. Location wise is alright, very close to turbojet port but need to take taxi or bus to other attractions. Free shuttle bus service, customer service is great, very helpful. Overall, good value for the hotel!

Good comfortable beds. I miss the beds after switching hotels and getting a wood plank to sleep on. A+ service. Quick walk to ferry or Sands. Ok walk to Wynn. Gripes: super expensive laundry service. Wifi only in smokey lobby area.

This is a great hotel for the value. Very convenient to the ferry (HK$13 ride, you can even walk it) but pretty far away from the Casino and the old town. Not much restaurants around either. The hotel is very nice even by western standards. The room was large and well-appointed, clean, with a very nice and very large western bathroom and a huge tub. The lobby was very nice. The staff friendly. The food at the restaurants was excellent. The price was also very reasonable. Nice looking 4 star room. They have shuttle service that pick/drop you off at the ferry terminal. This hotel is surrounded by many other small hotels/casinos and 15mins walking distance to Wynn and 30-40mins to the famous wall.

The rooms were acceptable and comfortable. Don't get fooled into buying breakfast coupons. It's overpriced and the food was lousy. The staff does not understand customer service at all. They began construction "suddenly" and without warning on some hotel elevators. It became very inconvenient to access the rooms and then a restroom after I had checked […] out. They sent me on a wild goose chase through some casinos, which promptly told me I could not use the restroom. The free shuttles to the Ferry port were convenient, but infrequent and the drivers also do not understand customer service. Despite the fact that I was standing in front of the hotel with my luggage, the driver insisted on driving an empty shuttle to the "proper bus stop" and making me walk with luggage in hand at least 500 meters. He could have easily let me on the bus where I was standing. They need to train the staff on customer service. One last thing---I asked for non-smoking room. They gave me a smoking one, although they did remove the ashtray and tried to "clean the air" up a bit. HA!!! Read more

It was a short taxi ride or walk to the city centre. There was only one non-smoking floor in the hotel and lots of people smoked in the hotel and even in the lifts which was a big drawback. This hotel is walking distant to the Macua ferry terminal. At this terminal you could catch free shuttle buses to casinos. We had a newly renovated room which is big , quiet and very clean. Casa Real Hotel is conveniently located close to the Macau Ferry Terminal. You can take the free shuttle between the hotel and ferry terminal. It is also walking distance to money changers, which will generally offer good exchange rates without the fees at banks.

Casino: the location is convenient - close to the Macau ferry so you can pretty much catch a free shuttle to any casino you want. The walk to the ferry is approximately 10 minutes. Casa Real Hotel also has a smaller casino in the main floor and the basement, but I recommend the other larger name casino/hotels for gambling pleasures and aesthetic awe. This hotel is not near the central Macau and need to take taxi or public bus to various destinations within Macau. However, the hotel staffs are friendly and the room that we stayed was clean, big and confortable.
