Very enjoyable, convenient place to stay prior to setting out on our cruise. Front desk very helpful and was able to get us into our room early, as we came in from an overnight, exhausting flight. Thank you!

Very close to Ft Lauderdale airport and cruise terminal. Pool deck clean and enjoyable. Room Service from KiKis was prompt and of good quality. The room had no hint of mold/mildew smell which is such a common problem in hotels in this part of the country. This was a very nice hotel the room was very nice and clean and very up to date. I wish there was more places to eat around the hotel but the resturant inside the hotel was very nice also. The staff at the hotel did a wonderful job picking me up from the airport and they came within 10 minutes from me calling them to telll them I was at the airport […] & they had no problem taking me back to the airport. The hotel was well located near the airport with a free airport shuttle available. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were also quiet. Would stay at this hotel again. Because of time constraints, we did not use the pool or fitness room.

This hotel is older; however, looks like it was renovated fairly recently. It was very clean, which was most important to me, and would stay here again for a night or two on business. Traveling with family, there are better options.

For the price, this hotel was a poor value. We went to eat breakfast, and there was only seating for 40 people...in this 9 story hotel! Shuttle service to the port was chaotic.

Close to the airport but not near anything interesting to do. About 4 miles to the beaches so you will need to take a taxi to go anywhere. Building was ok but nothing special. Staff was very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When we arrived at the Ft Lauderdale airport and had our luggage, I used the courtesy phone to call the hotel. I told her were we were in the airport and she described where we needed to go to meet the bus to take us to the hotel. We went outside and went where we needed to go and the bus was there probably in about 15 […] minutes. When we got on the bus we found out that the bus was actually on the way out of the airport when we had called and he turned around and came back into the airport to pick us up. Talk about wonderful service. When we arrived at the hotel the person at the front desk was wonderful, our check in was done very quickly and we were able to go to our rooms right away. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food at the restauraunt was very good. It was very close to the port to get on the boat for our cruise. We were also able to arrange for our ride from the ship back to the airport the day we would be returning from our cruise the same day we checked into the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going on a cruise and needs to spend the night before at a hotel. Everyone was very friendly and everything was handled very efficiently. The manager is unethical. Last November his front desk man tried to turf my family out of two of the three prepaid rooms and reassign them to Best Western. After I started to videotape the encounter, front desk man miraculously found their rooms. The manager didn't do anything about it. I returned in February and the manager claims to have written us […] about the problem. He lied through his teeth as he couldn't recall the situation. And to top things off, he pushed us aside from the taxi we had booked to let a other couple in front. When we protested he mumbled another taxi would come. Our Family had just been on a 7 day cruise with a lot of luggage. Upon our arrival to the hotel, we were met with staff to assist us in getting all of our luggage to our room, and even put it on a luggage cart. We were also very hungry, and asked for some recommendations for resturants in the area, in walking distance or by public transit with out a […] bunch of transfers. We were told about a BBQ place just down the street called Ernies BBQ. OMG, they had the most amazing dishes, friendly staff, and great service. PROS: Great hotel. Even better restaurant. Very good staff. VERY CLEAN rooms and comfortable bed. Easy business center and 24 hr access to the pool. Easy- peasy to the Airport via the shuttle. CONS: Parking stinks. HATE the compact florescent lighting everywhere.
