this has to be the best deal in town,you are in the center,you have a pool,breakfast and all the staff are very accommodating..stay there for a great budget hotel

I liked the location of the hotel which was by the center of the city. I also like the service of all their staff. I felt safe at all times. I would go back anytime again.

Hotel is in midst of total renovation. Beautiful grounds, reminiscent of a nice all inclusive. One CAUTION- book only renovated rooms, as older rooms are quite shabby, with see-through curtains allowing anyone to peer into bedroom area!! Close to Airport, will be an incredibly good deal when completed! Not your typical airport hotel!

Wonderful small hotel, beautifully decorated. Extremely clean. Fantastic location between Paseo de Montejo and the main plaza area downtown....walking is easy. The owner, Jim, and his staff are gracious hosts. Extremely reasonable rates. Can't recommend highly enough.

Situated in the heart of Merida, Rosas and Xocolate Boutique Hotel and Spa is close to Plaza Grande. Additional area attractions include Yucatan Siglo XXI and Plaza Altabrisa.
Hotel Features.
Rosas and Xocolate Boutique Hotel and Spa has a full-service spa, a health club, and an outdoor pool. Business amenities at this 4-star property include a meeting/conference room, limo/town car service, and technology support staff. This spa hotel offers a restaurant and a coffee shop/café. The staff can arrange wedding services, event catering, and business services. Additional amenities include a spa tub, a fitness facility, and a concierge desk. "Rosas y Xocolate: 5 stars! The Best!"
My husband and I spent 3 nights at Rosas y Xocolate and we both agree it was the one of top hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, the hotel and rooms were GORGEOUS, the restaurant was excellent, the Spa was wonderful, and the 24-hour chocolate shop was a great perk. Highly recommended!
