I was not disappointed in any way. The location was easy to get to and a magnificient view from the room of Niagara Falls set the tone for the whole weekend. Dinning was great and service was above my expectations. What more can I say.

great hotel with phenomenal service from the front desk staff. i noticed there were no robes in our room and mentioned it to the front desk as we left to visit the falls just so they were aware and i wouldnt get charged for them. i told them i really didnt need them. when we came back, there were 2 robes in the room, fresh cookies on the desk, new chocolates on the headboard, the bed was remade, and there was a hand-written note. could not have been happier with the stay

This hotel will not disappoint. It's beautiful, clean, close to falls and has friendly helpful employees. Only problem was I wasn't expecting to pay an additional $12.00 + tax per night for outdoor parking! FYI, if you make a local call from your room you'll be charged $1.00 per call. Food was a little pricey but very good. Will definately stay there again.

On the positive side the owners of this B&B made it very convenient to access our room, even though we were arriving late at night. Moreover, the mattress was comfortable and the room was fairly clean (the bathrooom decorations just need a good dusting). The hostess served delicious home-baked muffins and french toast. On the negative side, we were […] awoken at 6:30 am due to breakfast preparation which was perplexing because the fruit salad appeared to have been made the night before.
