"Old Time Hospitality"
Stopping here I felt more like a wanderer and being taken in by a friendly stranger. Sort of old fashion, feed you, talk good to you, help you out, bid you farewell and send you away. The host is an intelligent man and seemingly cultured. He provides wi-fi, surrounding activity tips, video entertainment, and just a great host. The house is victorian […] and everything is authentic and the host knows his antiques and the town history. Gives you a good dose of the more local southern history, which kind of gives you an idea of the lifestyle in this part of the south, which I really liked, because I think the general individual knows just the infamous things of the south. We were just stopping by because we needed a point close enough to do some binge hiking the next day. There's really not too many places to stay in maybe a 40 mile radius, and they all have bad reviews. This place is great though guaranteed. If we're in the area again, we will come back. "A happy experience in historic Harrison"
Always thought it would be so special to sleep in a turret room--and finally this was the chance! Crowded, but clean, comfortable and fulfilled a wish! Host Warren gave us a grand tour of the house, complete with local history and color. His recommendation of a trout farm for our evening meal was perfect and the morning's breakfast a true southern meal […] of bacon, grits, cheese omelet, biscuits, juice and fruit. When we were ready to leave, he provided expert advice on the best way to enjoy Buffalo River National Park. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Step back in time"

This lovely historic house is off the beaten path in Harrison Arkansas. We stayed in the carriage house for this trip but would definitely choose the suite in the main house next time. The carriage house does not have the same charm as the historical house. The Inn keeper was an excellent host and shared the history of the house and the surrounding area and gave us a grand tour of the home. A full service breakfast was served in the dining room. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again should our trip take us back to the Harrison area.
"Not Bad -- Room was set up was a little weird"

This was a nice little bed and breakfast. The room was clean overall and maintenance was kept up. The room layout was a little weird and my husband had to continually duck his head to avoid hitting it on the odd angled ceilings. The bed was comfortable and overall the place was nice.
"Owner/Innkeeper is the best reason to stay"

We arrived on Friday evening to a warm greeting from Warren the inn keeper. He is more knowledgeable than any of the Alabama tour guides we brought with us. Being motorcycle riders we appreciated the great parking for both bikes and trailers. Rooms are charming. We stayed in the suite that has a great bathroom. Our group took over the whole place so Warren let us use the inn as if it was our home. There are 4 room options to chose from so go to their website and see which one suits you. Also there are some pretty good restaurants around town so if you are still trying to chose what location you will use as a base for a motorcycle trip I highly recommend Harrison and The Queen Anne. We are already planning a return visit next year.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Bed & Breakfast. So much history! That alone kept us entertained for hours. The bed was one of the best I've slept on. Clean and friendly with a good breakfast. The wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Two thumbs way up!
