The room was basic, but very clean, and had everything I needed for my one night stay, my only complaint would be that the bed was uncomfortable. But I only had to walk across the parking lot to get to the airport check in.

We have stayed here before and loved it the first so we came back here again. Dinner was really busy so was limited in reservations so definitely book in advance. Spa is excellent - foot spa, indoor jacuzzi and outdoor part too!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the service is awesome. I would have given it a perfect 5 except the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The room our friend was in had the same problem. Also....there is a noise...a boiler maybe? that if you stay on the back side of hotel it wakes you up and runs from 6 am to 10 am and is quite loud. We read about this in the reviews in room 2 and we also had it in our room. The service was awesome and the bed and room were very comfortable. The bar is open at night and the deskclerks are great about getting you anything you would like to drink from the bar. The rooms are VERY clean!!!

Excellent hotel with top class rooms and facilities. Very close to stations and Bullring center.

I needed somewhere to stay in this area and was only there for one night but as a single female traveller I felt very welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the room had all the facilities I needed. The only downside was the noise from the outside travel routes which was outside the control of the owners.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
